Kind of annoying but whatever. My previous flat iron, which I use for beach curls, died after less than two years. Yay for cheap, landfill products.The iron feels cheap and flimsy. I greatly dislike the rotating mechanism which, when I try to do bead curls pinches my finger painfully. I find my hand simultaneously trying to hold my hair in the heated plate area, while not burning myself, and now attempting not to pinch myself. Just annoying.Also, this is round. I find the “beach curl” look is sort of ruined by such roundness in the curls. Had I been more cautious in reading and looking at images, I would have shopped elsewhere.Also the packaging comes with “want to play hairdresser” stuff that will also make it swiftly into the landfill. I’m so tired of cheap products giving stuff I didn’t want that I just toss.I wonder how long this cheapo product will last. It’s twice the price of the one that lasted under two years… we shall see.Oh, it also skips the low 400’s- so you get the high 300’s the. The humid/high 400’s. I dislike the missing numbers, which are pretty much what I’d use, if they were there.
Works fine. Solid straightener for the cost. I feel like it isn’t as smooth as other straighteners I’ve had, it feels like it’s ripping out my ends but other than that it’s okay. Just have to be gentle. Also like the lock feature!
PERFECT. I’ve owned a number of “cheaper” flat irons in my day and this is BY FAR the best one! I love the fact that it is rounded and allows for me to both flat iron and curl my hair with one tool, plus the color is great!
Good design, leaves my hair feeling soft and shiny. Nice straightener for the price. Leaves my hair feeling smooth and soft. Good temp controls and locking feature is nice for storage. Hefty cable that doesn’t feel like it’ll fray from rolling it up. Curls are nice and easy too! My only qualm is that sometimes my thin strands of hair get caught between the plates and pull but that happens with 99% of straighteners for me.
Very nice. Works well, is nice looking and feels good to hold but what I liked most was the pleasant surprise of all the extra goodies it came with and that it was packaged so nicely!
Definitely good for the price. I’ve owned and hated dozens of flat irons over the years. I was actually looking at a higher priced one (and was about to buy it) when I saw this one. I had decided that I’d give the advancements in flat irons a try and get a new one and I’m super glad I did. First of all, you can’t beat the price. It’s not cheap and flimsy (it’s not professional quality either of course). The cord is about the perfect length (not so long you’re tripping over it and not so short you can’t stretch it to the nearest outlet). The temperature control could be better. I do like that you can’t accidently change it/turn it off but I wish there were more options to fine tune the temperature. It only has 5 settings (from 320 to 460 degrees). My hair needs a setting between two of the temperatures, of course. My hair doesn’t “catch” when I’m using it. That’s been one of my biggest issues with flat irons is that I feel like I’m destroying my hair when I use them because of the breakage from the hair catching on the plates. The twisty lock feature I guess is good? It took a while for me to not accidentally twist it while using it. It heats up pretty fast and seems to maintain the heat well. It’s lightweight and the outside doesn’t get hot so you don’t necessarily need the included glove but it’s nice to have. I will say that the “accessories” are mostly unnecessary. It came with two big black scrunchies. It’s 2023… who is using those? But really I could have done without any of the “extras”. Most of them will just get thrown away or donated. I haven’t used it internationally yet but the dual voltage is one reason I bought it. My hair is VERY wavy/lightly curly and damaged. I blow dry it straight and use the TYMO hair straightening brush but it still isn’t sleek after that. Using this flat iron was the final touch that I needed. My hair looks nice and smooth after using it but not flat and tortured looking like some flat irons leave your hair. Overall, happy with my purchase.
Works great. If you got one of the flat irons at the mall kiosk back in the day, look no further; this is just like those! Had to buy a new one after the one I bought 14 years gave out 😭 I looked for one that seemed similar and ran across this, it works great! Heats up fast, turns off after inactivity, has the curve feature to curl the ends if you’d like. Best of all, it came with a separating comb, glove (cause your hair gets hot!), and hair clips to separate hair into sections. Also got some Bobby pins, scrunchies and cute hair ties. Overall very satisfied with my purchase!
It’s okay. I needed a new straightener immediately and this one came very quickly and does the job. It does not get as hot as my old one but I really need to stop frying my hair daily anyway. The color is beautiful and it came packaged perfectly. It also came with a glove hair clips hair the and a few other accessories. It is smooth to the touch and the perfect size. All in all a good value for the money.
fun straightener. I wanted a new straightener because my old CHI seemed to not get hot enough. This model had good reviews so I tried it. Bought the peach color and so pretty! Comes with multiple accessories as well but I didn’t care about that. This works great and so easy to use! Best of all, the price! Way cheaper than expensive salon straighteners. Good job!

Great Until it Died. I really have been pleased with this styling tool and think it has worked really well. Unfortunately, it didn’t even last 2 years before randomly dying on me. It wasn’t dropped or improperly stored – just decided to not work anymore after about a year and a half. That’s a shorter-than-average lifespan, which is why I dinged it one star, but otherwise, it’s a great tool for a reasonable price.

AMAZING. my sister bought this straightener like two years ago and then bought our mom one, so i HAD to get a pink one! I love it sooo much! it’s sooo cute and it is amazing at curling hair along with straightening it! I have noticed when i use these straighteners my hair (which is naturally ringlet curls) doesn’t get as frizzy and dull like it does when i use other straightener brands (i’ve been a CHI fan since day 1) and im so happy i made this purchase!Sidenote: My sisters straightener still looks and acts brand new 2+ years later, so they’re definitely reliable and worth the money!

It feels durable – I’d feel comfortable tossing it in a suitcase for a week, but it is still lightweight, which makes styling easy. It has 5 heat settings from 320°F to 460°F. My wavy hair straightens nicely at 390°F, 430°F works well for curling the ends, and I use the highest setting for full curls. It performs well and looks sleek. This straightener glides through my hair with ease – avoiding tugging and breakage. It also came with a travel pouch and heat glove, which is a nice bonus. My only complaint is the power button—it’s on the inside, so you have to unlock and open it before turning it on. Not a huge issue, just a bit inconvenient.

I have short frizzy hair that I use a typical flat iron on, but this works so much better because it allows me to add volume, curl slightly on the ends creating a much smoother, shiny look to my color treated hair. Came with many accessories that are helpful tools (storage pouch, large clips, heat glove, bands).
