Informative. When I first purchased this book I was only looking for information. I actually started taking bee pollen and bee propolis because of this book. I was only looking for a boost in my general health, but the effects were amazing! My joint pain is gone and my hair is turning back to its original color. I also made a salve from one of the recipes in the book and applied it to a wound my mother had, which would not heal. It worked! I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in their health.
Amazon has good supppliers for these bee products. I learned a lot from this book. I especially found the information on ordering Propolis and Royal Jelly of use. Amazon has good supppliers for these bee products, BTW.
Not what I expected. I didn’t find this book to be of much use. Although the title is “Bee Products”, I assumed it meant products made from bee stuff. Nope…this book discusses what bees produce and it’s health benefits. More specifically, it tells you the benefits, but not how to use the pollen, propolis, etc in order to get the discussed benefits. In all fairness, it does offer a few recipes at the end, but other than that, you’re on your own.
