Time will tell. I’ve only had the product for a couple of weeks so I expect it will take a month or more before I actually see any results.
Be careful. So far numbers are coming down but I signed up for 1 time purchase not sure how I got into a monthly automatic ordering. I had to cancel that if I need more I will order accordingly

Did not Work for me. I so wanted this to help my A1C. I took it daily for a month. After doing my labs, my A1C was elevated.I hope it helps some people but it didn’t help me at all.
Lowering my sugar and A1C. I think I need to use this for at least 3-4 weeks before I can possibly seen any difference. If at that point, I do not see any difference, I will no longer purchase this product.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! IT WILL NOT REGULATE YOUR BLOOD SUGAR! e ZERO stars. This was advertised to regulate blood sugar levels. After taking one pill, my husband’s level went from 182 to 245! Then after another pill 24 hours later, it went to 300!!!!!! If I could I would give it ZERO STARS!!!! I tried returning it and you have go through an act of Congress to get your money back. BUYER BEWARE!!

It’s got most of what’s needed. Take with green tea. Zero sugar. Giving me energy to workout which I haven’t had since covid. Don’t feel snacky salt or sugar. I take electrolytes with it. Down 15lbs in a month after 4 years of struggling . Reduced stress in your life helps.
Working as intended. I can feel that my sugar cravings have subsided along with my blood sugar levels. I’ll continue using it.
Simply amazing. While I am still working on my diet this product has dropped my A1C to normal levels. I have verified this using a CVS A1C test kit. I highly recommend this product if you are trying to find a way to drop your A1C!! Also I have noticed I’m sleeping better. Very effective!!
