Great for the price. Very light and a nice big screen. After replacing the drive with 1TB, it works well for basic stuff – nothing fancy. It would be wonderful if I could add more RAM. Unfortunately, that is the major downside to this product. As it is, it is fine for email, web, and documents/word processing. Replacement drive makes it usable and is not too expensive.
Best Laptop I’ve Owned. I’ve lotsa laptops since the 90s and this is the best!
Good bang for your buck, has charger cable, battery not that powerful. Looks like the pictures. Came in uncharged. I saw a review that said there was no charging cable. I’m guessing they accidently threw it out, because I found one and it’s small. You’ll find it within the framing of the box. After it charged, it fired up and was just fine. Takes a little bit to load, but I don’t care too much about that.I love ASUS laptops because you get a good product for the money and they look cool and operate great! However, power supplies seem to be their kryptonite.Needed to replace my other ASUS laptop that has a bad power supply that randomly decides to turn off and will not run unless attached to a cord. My other ASUS is far superior to this one, however, what good is car that has a bad battery?!

Great laptop for the price. They found it to be one of the best laptops in terms of value. The fast SSD storage is also a notable feature, evident from the good read and write speeds in the CrystalDiskMark numbers. The laptop has a solid construction, portable design, and reliable performance.

It’s a turtle but I can’t be too choosy. This is about what I expected for the price point here, but going from my Ryzen 7 5800x and 48 gigs of Corsair Vengeance RAM to this potato is frustrating in all the worst ways. It can handle at most three open tabs in Chrome reliably, I attempted to open 25 tabs and the PC crashed. It’s horrifically slow, from CPU to RAM to the WiFi card. That being said, the screen is pretty decent, I like the keyboard a lot, the touchpad is a decent size (I prefer larger touchpads) and the light weight is very handy. It’s got a numpad which is a weird must-have for me, and it doesn’t make the laptop massive to accommodate the additional space on the keyboard. The build quality seems nice so far and I appreciate the HDMI port on such a slim profile. All in all, it’s exactly what I need, even though it’s incredibly slow, I’m only using it to type out documents, check emails, and print shipping labels, so it’s doing what I need, which is the bare minimum. I wouldn’t recommend this laptop if you need to do any sort of actual work, it should be a subsidiary computer.

This is Great computer for the price. Great Computer for the low cost
I love my Asus Laptop. I like my Asus for quick response, but screen is a bit small. my next one I would love to a bigger one.
Makes Me Feel Like Smashing It Every Time I Use It. I am a Chromebook lover. Guilty as charged. Those machines are lightening fast, easy to connect, and never fail. The only real difference in the price points is due to screen size, battery, and touch screen capability. Why did I write about Chromebooks? Because they’re everywhere that this machine isn’t. The sole reason why I bought this is because most professors are dinosaurs and refuse to accept Google docs/sheets for assignments, so I needed something relatively cheap with MS Office. That was my only criterion. Well, it does have Office and it was fairly inexpensive. However, once I’m done with my classes, I plan to smash it à l’Office Space. It takes roughly 10 mins to connect, which would be annoying enough, but then you have to fight it to do anything at all. Bear in mind, once again, I am not playing games on this or watching films. Just trying to perform basic functions feels like pulling teeth. At this point, I complete all of my papers on my Chromebook via Google docs, then boot this slug up and just download my Google doc as a Word doc. That is literally the only thing it’s good for.Save your money and either spend a bit more for something that actually works, or use your friend’s desktop to transfer documents. This is utter rubbish.
People are too harsh it’s great. i see so many reviews saying it’s so slow and it sucks, it’s truly a great laptop considering the price point. i wasn’t expecting a super fast top of the line laptop BUT it has been preforming just fine, the battery compacity is good considering how small and light weight this laptop is, and has no issues loading up many things. i haven’t had any issues streaming content and it hasn’t frozen, there’s been a few things that took a short moment to load but it really isn’t as terrible as these reviews make it out to be! i would reccomend this for laptop for someone who needs a laptop for school/collage/classes and is on a budget!
I had serious problems be fore i did this. I was ready to write an extremely negative post about this laptop because it would freeze up and become non responsive every time i tried to use it. After a month of trying various things that did not work, i finally disabled Microsoft edge and installed Google chrome as the web browser. Instantly everything is quick and responsive, no more lag. Apparently Microsoft loads everything they own onto these laptops forcing you to use it. Just remember, you can use aps and programs that are much better.
Thin and light. Loved that this laptop is so thin and light and offers a lot of features for the price. Price is budget friendly and worth it. Great screen size and seems to run fast
Bought this used, and it was in great shape, just like new. Great deal. I purchased this used from Amazon and wasn’t expecting much. But it arrived looking very much like a new laptop with Windows 11 Home pre-installed (wasn’t in S mode). I could only find some scratches on the bottom to see that it was used, but otherwise – it looked like it just got off the plant’s assembly line, freshly new. This is a fantastic deal, especially used.
Great Laptop. I’ve had this laptop for over one (1) year now and it works amazing. No issues. I do all my schoolwork on it and it’s super fast light weight and very easy to use. It was a good buy for me. The battery life last for about 2 1/2 hours, sound quality is great and the HD is crisp and clean

Computer died after 13 mos. I use it for mostly making labels and updating my website. It’s always been super slow, but it was cheap and I learned to be patient. Now 13 mos later it doesn’t even turn on. Either battery is dead or the motor. I tried to ask if it was under warranty and if I could get a replacement but my answer was it didn’t know. Don’t buy
