  1. Poorly constructed but great concept. We have 5 month old American Bully/Pit mix pups who are heavy chewers. I (wife) took pups out and they love this toy. They go nuts when they see it.I cannot give it 5 stars for several reasons however. The problems I have with it could be remedied with a better design. One problem is having it extended, the handle is suppose to lock. Unfortunately it does not so I have to keep extending it back out. A solution to this defect would be to make the locking mechanisms using the push buttons similar to a camera tripod. The second problem I have is the rope comes unraveled too quickly and easily. Solution, make the rope tighter like the knotted rope toys. It would be ok if you have a soft mouth gentle dog. But for heavy chewers and pups/dogs who like playing tug-a-war, teeth get stuck in the rope too easily. And to bring them near to get their teeth out of the rope, I feel like it’s going to come apart if they’re pulling back on it like tug-a-war.The third problem I have is the durability. The handle and extensions feel like it’s cheaply made. I can’t tell if the handle is metal or plastic and am afraid of it breaking or bending during playtime. Solution, make it with metal material (possibly titanium) and still be lightweight. And finally, the fourth problem (personally), is I feel like the handle part is a bit too short to use with highly active and/or big dogs. With the handle fully extended, my pup is about 2-3 feet away from my body. If you have a powerful/muscular dog running around with this, the likeliness of being ran into can be high. The only time I feel my pup has decent spacing from me is having the rope swinging all the way out, which means having to maneuver it around at a fast pace. Doing this looses my pups attention causing lack of interest until it’s slowed down.Overall, the concept is great which I love for exercising your pooch. But the durability is not there for this product. So concept gets 5 stars. Durability is under par and might rate 3 stars max. I would not recommend this unless it was better made.

  3. Puppy loves it. Not sure how long it will last ( had it 2 weeks), but my 3 month (11# or so) puppy loves it! Easy way to entertain puppy without exhausting me. Comes with 2 toy attachments. My only concern is strength of pole. Time will tell.

  4. My dog is happy. My dog’s stick pole was left in the park and needed to order another one. This one came with an extendable pole and 2 teasers. My GSD was so happy with it. He is a ball of energy… so, for playtime, he goes after the ball and switches to chasing the teaser stick pole.

  5. Best yard toy ever. I have a German shepherd and a heeler and this thing holds up to both. They will chase it until they’re too tired to move. My shepherd has about taken me off my feet when he’s grabbed the toy and pulled when I wasn’t paying attention. He’s 94lbs and he hasn’t broken it yet.

  6. Perfect. Sasha loves it! BUT…she don’t want to let it go!! Great stimulate for her.

  7. Best dog toy. If you have an active dog with a strong prey instinct, he/she will love this. It also gives them quite the work out! Win win!

Toy Broke Off Right Away – Even With a 7-lb. Dog. This toy is endless fun for a dog, and I am now hooked on them, but I will have to buy another brand, because even with my tiny little 7-lb toy poodle, the toy broke off the pole after just a few uses. The problem isn’t the sturdiness of the pole or the durability of the toy. It’s where the toy attaches to the pole. The rope is thin and easily gnawed off, which is exactly what my pup, with his sharp little teeth, did right away. Could be made with more durable material, and attached in a much more durable way.

  9. Good for the 1 day it lasted haha. My dog loved this toy and had so much fun with it but he broke it within 24 hours of having it. He’s a 10 month old german shepherd so he’s very strong. I’d say this toy is actually very sturdy and would be great for a smaller dog or a puppy. If you have a bigger dog that’s very strong I probably wouldn’t recommend. It’s a very good toy tho I’m sure your pup will absolutely love it if he isn’t as strong as a dang moose

  12. Prefect puppy entertainer. My puppy loves this. It’s strong. Very strong. You can sit on the couch watching TV if you want while dangling it and wear them out. Love it. It’s so useful for your puppy if you can’t go outside right then. You could use it outside as well

  13. Dog loves it. Our pup (60lb 1yo lab mix) absolutely loves this thing. When he catches it he has a habit of trying to run off with it and this has withstand his attempted dragging. He also has a habit of grabbing right above the attached toy, chewing on the line itself. This has also stayed strong against him.The wrist strap broke IMMEDIATELY the very first time i used it but i didnt really plan to use it that much anyway. It also came with a 2nd attachment rope toy, would definitely be willing to buy again!

  15. Just got it but like it so far. Can’t say it lasts forever cuz I just got it but it does seem durable enough to last. My 17lb boys took to it immediately, so well that I thought I’d leave this review as I am here to purchase another one so I can get both boys going together without them chasing/fighting over the same one lol! I actually think I’ll keep one in the truck for park runs and one at home for the yard. It’s true! They wear out way faster than I do! Only thing, I find myself spinning in a circle and getting dizzy lol it’s not good for someone with vertigo… I learned pretty quickly to just swing it over and around my head. Different ways of playing with it… they love it even when it’s not moving and they just chew on it.Handle might be heavy for some with smaller/weaker wrists, otherwise I appreciate how sturdy it is. Retract in if it’s too much with it all the way, reduces tension on your wrist.Maybe I’ll update with posting a video idk we’ll see.I recommend you try this though. It is a good time waiting to be had for you and pup (or any other animal you play with) bonding time.Remember, it’s getting hot. Don’t play too long/hard and keep water and shade nearby. Enjoy.

  17. Nice for the price. I like the collapsing design but it isn’t as strong as expected, I’ve got a medium sized corgi who lives to put her all into a battle with a toy and this bent in a couple days. I’ve had to play a bit less aggressively and allow her to win far too much dang it

  18. Great toy to get energy out of your dog. Love this toy. My border Collie puppy loves this toy and plays really rough with it and it has held up well. The rope toy is what I bought but am thinking about getting more kinds since they get dirty quickly and you can replace them to wash the dirty ones.

  20. Okay. Ok product. Not very sturdy

  21. Great way to engage your dog. This toy is a huge favorite for my 90 lb. boy. It wears him out in no time while fulfilling his prey drive. It had also provided us alot of chances to work on various skills while playing! Would for sure recommend, especially for high energy dogs!!

  22. Favorite Toy. My dog Luka, male corgi 2 years old, this is the only toy he gets really excited about, its tough enough to last, yet soft enough he will not hurt himself

  23. Wear your dog out in minutes. The media could not be loaded. This is a solid, durable fun to use chase, catch, and kill type tug toy for your dog. It’s basically like fishing for your dog and then reeling him in. He has to dart back and forth, shake the toy, and tug it from you. It wears him out way more than a walk, in a matter of minutes. Lets him get out his aggression and energy in a safe quick fun way.

  24. Best Dog Toy Ever. Our dog goes insane every time she sees this toy. She has so much energy it’s hard to keep up with her! She absolutely loves playing in the yard with this toy. She runs and jumps at top speed trying to catch it, and it tires her out. It’s a fun way to pay and bond with her. Great purchase.

  25. Will tire out your puppy. This thing is amazing. It tired out my male German Shepard puppy. He broke the pole by pulling it to much but worth the buy over and over
