Cozy but cute. I sized up in this sweater as I am pregnant and I don’t want to spend a bunch of money on maternity clothes when I can just wear cozy sweaters all fall/winter. The look of this sweater is my favorite. I LOVE turtlenecks but hate when they are super tight on my neck. I own an embarrassing amount of sweaters just like this but have paid a lot more for them. When I saw this style and the price, I bought it immediately.The material is not as thick as the more expensive versions but it is very soft. It does hang like sweatshirt material so I don’t think this is appropriate for MY work environment, but I will try it on with dress pants and heels and see! Comfort is key.I am 5’7″ and 145lbs (18 weeks pregnant) and this is a perfect size. If I was at my regular weight (135) I can see my regular size, small, being the perfect fit.Overall, recommend for a cozy sweater/sweatshirt for fall/winter. If the material was a bit thicker, I would be stocking up on these. But I have too many casual sweaters just like it! 😉
Lovely shirt. Love the color, love the fabric, hate the two inch band around the bottom that emphasizes hip width no matter how skinny you are. Had it been 2″ longer, it would look superb in every way. First thing I did was cut the laundry tag as it made bottom right stick out in an odd way. Bought a medium, when I usually fit a small because I like sweatshirts to be a little larger in case I want to layer–it was a perfect fit. Small would have been too tight around the cuffs. I find myself constantly pulling it down to make it look/feel more flattering. Will put it in some kind of stretcher facilitator to try to lengthen it (like two people will pull it in a tug-o-war.) Will definitely keep it to wear with leggings or jeans around the house. The wine color is definitely classy! Will not order more of this style however…
Comfortable and soft. This is a cross between a sweatshirt and a sweater. This top is a cross between a sweatshirt and a sweater. It could be dressed up or down. Looks equally nice with jeans or wear with a nice pair of slacks for a dressier look. Perfect weight. Not heavy like most sweatshirts. This is a finer knit fabric with details not seen in a casual sweatshirt. It is a loose fit so buy your normal size or for a tighter fit go down a size. Hangs loosely below hips. I got this in the dusty pink. I would probably get a different color however this will work just fine. I prefer brighter colors but I am keeping this to wear with jeans .Very nice top!!!!!
Just what I wanted. I wanted something cozy but not bulky like a sweater and not heavy like a sweatshirt…this shirt is perfect! It’s soft and cozy but not bulky and not clingy. It’s the perfect length for some need cords I bought and love the cowl neck. The split band in the front is cute and it’s not tight around the bottom. I usually wear an XL because I don’t want anything clingy and I like things just a little longer. I picked an XL and I believe it’s true to size.
Perfect fit-so soft. Absolutely love this sweater. It covers the tummy and back area nice. Thumb holes are fun! It’s soft and material is thin enough than you won’t get overheated. I love it so much I bought one for a friend and I’ll probably get 3 more in different colors for myself. You can’t beat the price! Great value in a stylish sweater you can dress up for the office or down for cute casual. Loves!
Very nice but not what I expected. I ordered this top along with a pair of sweatpants for a comfy weekend outfit. This is a very nice top but not what I would call a sweatshirt – it is a lighter fabric. It’s comfortable and flattering and would actually do for a work top in my business casual environment. Not disappointed in the purchase, but if you’re looking for a “real” sweatshirt, this is not what you want.
Couple of things about this sweatshirt that was not as described. The color was described as blue. Mine is teal. Which is okay. I like teal….it’s just not what I thought I was getting. Second, the neck was described as a cowl neck. Mine is more of a soft turtleneck. Which is okay. I like a soft turtleneck…it’s just not what I was expecting to get. *sigh*. Anyway, I will keep it, cause it’s okay. And I do like it.
Cute top. I really like this top. It is super soft. I do think it shrank, that is why I took one star off. It still fits, just not as roomy as it was before. For reference, I am 5’6 and 160# and bought an XL. I like tops to be roomy and cover my backside. After washing this top it goes about to the middle of my butt, it does not cover the entire backside.
A nice lightweight top for cooler weather or layering when it’s colder. I like most of the Amazon brand clothing I’ve purchased and this is no exception. The color is a good brown the color of darker milk chocolate and is as pictured on my iPad Pro screen. The fabric is smooth, described as studio terry int eh product description, what I’ve seen called French terry elsewhere. It’s a good light weight, much lighter than the term sweatshirt would lead you to expect but still sturdy in feel, so I think it will hold up well. My only disappointment is that so few colors are currently available, as I’d like to buy others. I recommend this too.
Perfect fit. I loved the length, style and weight of the fabric. It’s very warm and comfortable. I would buy another one in a different color for winter.
