  1. My puppy loves this. My puppy is a Chihuahua mix. She is very picky. She is in love with this jerky. The only drawback I would tell people about is these have tendons in them. I don’t believe that you can really avoid that. The only reason I mention it is because, my puppy cannot chew through these tendons.Larger dogs would probably have no problem but if you have a smaller dog like mine, you need to watch him/her while they are eating this jerky. I often times have to yank out the tendons. If not, it makes the jerky like a long piece of spaghetti that goes down your throat and gags her. This could easily cause any small dog to choke or vomit to treat back up.She loves them too much for me to take away therefore, I just pull out the tendons when I see them.

  2. Great value, pup loves. I have a 14 mo cavachon and with puppy training, I’ve tried a lot of treats (and still trying, hehe). He’s the best, but overall a pretty picky eater. I would say more treats than not, he gets bored part way through the 4-8oz bag, which is frustrating in a number of ways. However, he loves this duck jerky and has not yet gotten bored. That alone makes these a good treat, but there’s more! It’s a great value, similar in price to treats that are double or more per oz, and it lasts us forever because I rarely give him a whole piece, I almost always twist and rip into small, irregular pieces. On top of value and puppy satisfaction is they’re dry and pretty mess free. All the time, I’ll just pop one in my pocket for impromptu training sessions or motivation needs. Overall, just love these for my pup and would recommend! (Fyi, I haven’t reviewed any other dog treats because nothing stands out across the board like these:D).

  3. My dogs – and cat – love these. I have three dogs ranging in size from 3 lbs to 20 lbs. They are picky, especially the small boy. They absolutely love these. Whenever I go to the cupboard they all line up for their jerky treats.I also have a Maine Coon cat, and he joins right in with the dogs for his share! He takes his treat and throws it around, “hunting” it until he finally “kills” it enough and then he’ll eat it. That is, if one of the dogs doesn’t snatch it away from him first…They are good quality and even the little fella doesn’t have any problem eating them. Only problem I have is keeping them in stock!

  4. The only one I trust. I have been giving this to my dogs for years with absolutely no trouble whatsoever. I had some problems with some that I had ordered at one point and switched to this brand. I’m so glad because my dogs love it. It has minimal ingredients which is a good thing!

  5. Worth the money. I’ve been through a couple jerky types for my dog that’s on a low to no fat diet. These are THICK and you can tell they’re straight chicken breast; no flat jerky! He goes feral for them now and can’t get enough. They’re now on my subscription list but I doubt they will last a month!

  6. Great treat at a reasonable price. Both my dogs are a bit picky about treats, and they both love these. They appear to be made from solid pieces of duck meat, and are not a product made from ground up pieces of who knows what that is pressed into a shape to resemble jerky. These treats are somewhat flexible and not brittle like some of the other jerky treats that I’ve bought in the past. But they are still easy to twist and break into smaller pieces to allow me to give appropriate sized portions to my dogs. In general the pieces are slightly smaller than the chicken jerky I normally bought in the past, being around 6″ long and 1″ wide. To me they have no obvious or objectionable odor. Compared to similar jerky treats that I had been buying, these are a bargain, and I’ll be ordering them again soon.

  7. Great product, not uniform size. I have two dogs that love their treats. At bedtime they each get one of these and they come running for it. I would say they definitely like them. The treats seem high quality and are a good die for my 55 lb dogs. The only downside is the prices are not uniform. So once we get to the bottom of the bag they are closer to 2” pieces when the majority at the top of the bag are closer to 5”. Not a huge deal but I have a good aggressive dog so I can’t just lay them on the floor for him to eat when he gets to them. So I have to stand there and give him one small one at a time until he is finished vs one.

Dog goes bonkers with these. I’ve been buying this brand for a couple years now since I adopted my pup. She absolutely adores these treats and they’re a great training tool when cut into pieces. They even make me hungry when I open the bag. Never had a problem with the consistency of this product. I know there’s other brands but why mess up a good thing? She knows when they’re not the same brand. Now all I need to do is get her a job to start buying her own!

  9. Price. For training purposes, this duck is awesome. Quite a bit lower in price than the “name brand” too. You know you are safely giving it to your pup it is MADE IN THE USA.

Not one for writing reviews. I generally don’t write many reviews, but our two dogs loves these! We have a pit bull and a miniature schnauzer and they both love the chicken jerky treats! The only ones they will eat.
