Nice exercise bands. I ordered these exercise bands to add some variety to my exercise routine. They work fine and so what they are supposed to do. There are a variety of strengths so I can use the stiffer bands when I get stronger. The only problem is that they tend to stick together when in the bag. They are sticky when I try to unfold them but they seem to work well.
Beginner workouts. I bought these for my mother to workout at home. Best things to avoid injury of weights and can progress up to weights eventually if desired
A little disappointed in quality. It is a nice set of bands… but not an even, high quality expansion across the band like those used in physical therapy offices. It does get the job done for a very economical price.
Good company. I like the different cookies for the different strengths.They are all durable, no heavy chemical or powder feel like you can get from some stretch bands.
