Sizing is off, but otherwise perfect for my needs. I needed something to wear at camp after a day of backpacking- requirements were that the items was to be light and packable, yet stylish. These shorts fit the bill, very comfortable to wear and super light. Beware, though: Item is not true to size. I usually wear a size 6, Amazon recommended a large. Skeptical of that recommendation, I ended up buying both large and medium, but have to return the medium because it is too tight. The large is too large, but thanks to the drawcord, it works. Also be aware that while the colors are fun, the lighter colors let the built-in-brief shine through.
Lightweight/comfortable. I do really like these shorts they are very comfortable and great to throw on for a workout or just on a hot summer day. However- something about the cut with these makes me just not 100% love them, since having 3 kids I’ve moved up to a medium/ large and I’ve owned pairs in every size from xs up. With the larger sizes I’ve noticed the front under the waist band “poofs” out a little bit when worn ( not a mom pooch problem my thighs and bum are what grew lol) I’m not sure if it’s just the amount of material used or the cut that makes this happen??Anyway just a minor pet peeve. I do tend to wear with slightly longer tees that cover the waistband area for this reason. Either way I still wear them all the time and would buy again but may start looking at different UA short styles.
Almost perfect. I purchased a large in the navy for myself and a small in the navy for my 12 year old granddaughter. We both love them and fit perfectly. Not sure why any bad reviews unless different colors are different sizes. I have one other pair of unser armor shorts in large that give me a muffin top but these are wonderful. I always run in underwear because the liners have never been comfortable to me bit in these I dont have to so thats a plus. I am 5 fr 7 in and 145 lbs. My granddaughter is super athletic and 5 ft 1 inch and about 100 lbs. They fit her perfectly and wants another pair. I am ordering the red next so hopefully they will be the same.
Best, sporty shorts ever. I’m really picky about running shorts. Most these days are either too thick, too thin, too tight, or uncomfortable. I had a few pairs of Champion brand shorts I wore until they had holes, they were perfect. These, are even better! Whether you yourself are curvy, muscular or thin, these are so flattering. And the comfort is next level, with a thin panty-shaped liner, and soft, breathable fabric that hangs perfect and doesn’t cling! They’re also true to size. Plus, the color combos are so pretty. I bought 7 PAIRS.
Great for gym. Ordered a medium but was way too tight.. soo I ordered a large and fit perfect not too tight not too loose.. the strings help tighten around waist.. usually I’m a medium but does run small.. I do have more of a bigger (booty), small waist, I’m 5”0..Then again Becus the inside lining have to order largeWithout it I’m a medium..hope this helps
Great every day shorts. I needed a replacement for my every day casual shorts, my other ones got dirty. These are great. The black color looks good with everything. Size is as expected. This is what I would expect from Under Armour. I will consider getting these in more colors.

Great for swimming. Like many of the other reviews state, these shorts do run large. When I first laid eyes on them I thought for sure they were going to be too big but the fit was perfect. I purchased a size large and I normally wear a size 12 pants. The waist has a drawstring which allowed me to swim in these without fear that the shorts would somehow slip off. One of the great things about these shorts is that the drawstring is actually on the inside of the waistband. I definitely prefer this over a visible drawstring.The inside has a mesh lining which was great because I used these to swim. I normally HATE wearing a bathing suit but my two young kids were getting swim lessons and I had a feeling I’d have to get in the pool with them. These shorts allowed me to stay a bit more covered up than a regular bathing suit would have. (I paired them with a loose fitting tankini top and it was very cute.)They are extremely lightweight and breathable. I didn’t have to wring out any water when I stepped out of the pool because they didn’t absorb much at all.I purchased a black pair and had no issues with them being see through. If you’re planning on using these to swim I would not recommend purchasing a light color since the fabric is so thin and lightweight.I swam in these three days straight and each night hung them over my shower curtain rod to dry. Drying time was super fast… even faster when I pointed a fan on them.The overall quality of these shorts is fantastic, which is what I’ve come to expect from Under Armour. The material is comfy and airy. I’m not an athlete but I could certainly see these being used as running or soccer shorts.I washed these in warm water and dried with all my other clothes at a regular temperature. They came out looking just as good as they did going in. No shrinkage at all.Most definitely worth the price. Highly recommend.

Good deal on shorts. A bit shorter than I anticipated but overall great shorts. The drawstring inside is somewhat bothersome though.
