Perfect for what I needed them for. I bought myself and my husband a pair of these for a rafting trip and a beach trip. For the raft trip these were PERFECT. I don’t like walking on the river bed with bare feet so I bought these in hopes they’d help me. I tubed, swam and rafted that day and these were perfect. It was sandy and rocky in parts and these shielded my feet from getting cut on the rocks. My pair did rip after one use that’s why I rated it a 4 star but they’re good for only 10 bucks. You can still feel the rocks and gravel beneath you but it is a perfect barrier for those sharper surfaces. I did rinse and dry them to reuse them and didn’t have any issues besides the one small tear. I’d rebuy for sure.
Insole Falls Apart. I would LOVE to give these a 5-star review. They are super comfortable and fit better than any water socks I’ve ever tried. But the insoles are not attached to the ‘sock’ and came out the first time I took these off. I put them back in, but then they bunched up and started coming apart where my big toes rest.But guess what? These water socks still work without the insole. Slightly less cushioning, but I can still walk across sharp’ish rocks and hot sidewalks with no problem – just not quite as comfortable. I am keeping them and will order another pair.
Great water shoes. These are great water shoes for water aerobics in the pool. They fit fine (I’m a solid size 10), and don’t slip off in the water. The first pair lasted through a couple of months of daily use, the 2nd and 3rd pair are lasting a little longer so far. I suspect the life span of current and future pairs will be several months. I really like them and plan to continue to buy and use them. Anything heavier tends to be too bulky unless I’m spinning.
Product arriving privately..it dirsng. I love these shoes but I buy them for other reasons than intended for. Im a diabetic that loved being barefoot at all times until being diagnosed and that changed everything.. diabetics have to take care of their feet a bit more so we don’t lose the. These shoes are the next best things than being barefoot..I love the lightweight, fun to wear and they look good with some outfits, they fit your feet like skin… they were a great find. But I feel that the company should know that customers like to shop in private and the products they buy should arrive somewhat packaged privately. Well they don’t, my order came in a cheap clear dingy plastic bag… which leave your product out in the open for all to see, inviting any risk of theft … it just doesn’t seem right because they may set outside all day … Amazon should think better of letting things arrive to its destination without the respect for privacy .
Very Pleased. For $10 I was prepared to be disappointed, but these beach Sox were everything I wanted. Easy on and off, lightweight and quick dry, with flexible hard soles to protect from rocks. Beware these are NOT shoes designed for long beach walks, if you need support.
