Some flavors are not as fresh as others. My cats have been eating this from the store for years. I bought this online because it’s a better value, but for whatever reason, both times I’ve ordered this, they refuse to eat the chicken flavor but still love the seafood flavor. I’m not sure what is different about it suddenly but I’m going to try the same flavor from the store again and see if they’ll eat that in comparison.

BEWARE of open cans. I have used Friskies for years and my cats love the food. But I was taking out one of the cans and it felt funny, thicker than usual. I looked and found that it was open slightly and had some type of mold growing around the outside of the can. I threw it away and then found several more cans like that. So BEWARE of cans that have been dented or are open. This was not a result of the delivery because the cans on the top and bottom were in good shape, as was the box itself.
Price is great. Great price for the large case. In grocery store it’s $13.95 for a case of 12. This is $30 for case of 40. My fussy cat will only eat the pate so price works for me! Very satisfied!

SAY NO TO KIBBLE! (Turkey allergy friendly wet food). I have two severely turkey allergic cats (i’m talking big open sores from how itchy they get) and none of these flavors have caused a flare up. Even though fish flavors may have more iodine in them, I am a big believer in added Omega 3s for cats to prevent dementia and help prevent arthritis so I’m a fan.The cost is very good and no matter what, ANY WET FOOD IS BETTER THAN ANY DRY FOOD. If you can’t afford to feed them better quality, just know that many cats live to very long ages on Friskies wet food alone. Brushing teeth weekly/fully raw meat diet is the only prevention for tooth decay in cats, kibble DOES NOT HELP TOOTH DECAY IN CATS because cats do not chew. Its like saying eating crackers for all your meals will help with tooth decay.Anyway yeah get this lol
Cat loves it. I like that this canned cat food is relatively inexpensive. My cat seems to love all of the flavors. Admittedly, this particular cat is not know to be picky, and will readily eat random scraps of food or food-adjacent particles off the floor, so her favorable vote is a forgone conclusion.
Affordable for Multi-Cat Home. I own three indoor/outdoor adult cats. Inexpensive, basic cat food. My cats grew up on Friskies Pate canned cat food. As they aged (now 17 years old) they have had more issues with their digestive systems. Keep in mind that there’s many reasons why cats have digestive problems that don’t have to do with the food they eat.My cats like some flavors better than others. It’s a good basic, inexpensive canned cat food for cats. I no longer feed Friskies to my cats though, since their dietary needs have changed. It’s a basic cat food and a good price if you need to watch your spending and still enjoy having cats.
