Does the trick every time. These definitely work! A little too well sometimes…The taste on these are awesome! I hate super artificial and strong tasting gummies and that’s not how I feel at all when I have these.—I had bariatric surgery 3 months ago and these were recommended to me and this will definitely be an ongoing purchase for me. I love the high quantities they come in and it has really helped to stabilize my stool.
Great Source of Fiber AND They Taste Good. Maybe this is TMI, but I get diverticulitis really easily, and I eat nearly no fiber in my usual diet. So I needed a supplement that would give me enough fiber that my condition wouldn’t flare up anymore. Even though I’m probably way too old to do this, I bought gummies because, well, they taste great, and I love vitamin gummies, so I know I’ll willingly eat fiber gummies. And boy are these delicious! They are a little thicker than a normal gummy, but all the flavors taste great, and I can get my daily’s recommendation in fiber by taking the service size 2 or 3 times a day, depending on what else I’m eating. I highly recommend these!
Good for digestion and the taste and texture are pleasant. I have taken these for years. The flavors are good-especially the peach. For me, two a day keeps the ball rolling but maybe other people may need more. It’s important to drink lots of water or they won’t work well.
They work. This product gives you more fiber that’s for sure lol. It helped regulate everything. The taste was ok.
