Great watch. Works as intended, very happy with it!
GREAT DEAL. It is a great watch for the price. I have AFIB…..my heart rate skips and doesn’t beat “normally.” Maybe this is the reason it too long to check my heart rate and some nights didn’t record my sleep.This is my first fitness tracker. Got it to check heart rate. I am still very impressed with what the watch can do. The battery last about 5 days for me.
Better than a fitbit. I bought this to replace my fitbit charge 3 when it finally crapped out and I have to say, this watch is pretty great! It may not have a lot of options for changing the clock face but it doesn’t allow you to cheat when counting steps either. I work as a baker and I’m often kneading and rolling doughs and i noticed my fitbit would cheat. Everything I have to knead or roll the dough my fitbit was counting it as steps taken. This watch doesn’t do that. The battery life is amazing and after having owned it for almost 4 months now, it’s still going strong. Some of the minor things that it doesn’t do is track your breathing when you sleep or your REM sleep but that’s not a big deal to me since I paid less than $40 for this watch. The only complaint I have is that the watch band got discolored fairly easily, but I did choose the grey band instead of black, so that’s kind of my fault. Those are the only minor issues and that’s why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.
Amaizing watch. I purchased this watch in July 2022, love the battery life and it looks on my wrist. The app is easy to set up. I used it in the swimming pool and the waterproof works great. The tracking system also works greatHowever, in October 2022 the watch stopped working. Because I loved this watch, I decided to contact FitPolo directly to help solve the problem. They responded promptly. One of their Representatives “Andy” was able to assist me, and the final solution was to provide me with a replacement watch. Great customer service.I am now upgrading to 5 stars due to excellent customer service. I received my replacement watch and a complimentary gift of my choice. Thank you Andy for communicating with me until the replacement was in my hands.
No. This watch is on the right track, but almost nothing works properly.The time goes off.The software is glitchy. Connectivity is glitchy.Alarms that are set fail to ring. Alarms that were deleted continue to ring. There’s a mismatch between the software and the alarm display.Sleep timer shows incorrect values.Heart rate monitor is ok.Step counter is good.Battery life is very good. 1 charge a month is enough.It’s a product with a bunch of minor issues. If fixed, it would be a great watch.
Wow love this watch. Had one of these for several years and misplaced the charging cord so ordered new watch. This thing is a workhorse and charges quickly . Need I say it’s also a great price?!
Fit watch. It’s still running im very happy with it at this time sometimes it disconnects but I don’t mind resetting in bluetooth
Functional, has room for improvement. I bought this watch mainly for the bpm readings (a little off, but most smart watches are) and the ability to decline calls (only declines, doesn’t silence them). It works fine for those features, but does have some room for improvement. There arent many screen options for the clock face, and it takes a second to figure out how to use the features if you aren’t great with technology. You won’t get any notifications from contacts that don’t have an iphone, and it takes a few seconds for the watch to register an incoming call. You also only get notifications from a specific list of apps, so if you use an app for work or school you won’t see any notifications from it. My skin doesn’t seem to like the band material, especially if my wrist gets a little wet when washing my hands, but it seems easy to replace if I can figure how to buy the right replacement band. The sleep function works surprisingly well, although it’s only been one night. The app is nice compared to some of them out there so that’s a plus. Overall, I’d say it’s decent for a $40 watch, and I would recommend it to those who don’t care about the fancy features of a brand watch and are on a budget. I’ll update my review if something goes horribly wrong or it stops working.
