Overall Good Value. Product was delivered on time.Mostly works as advertised. I’m roughly 240 lbs. and the push up plate, push up bars, dynamic handles, Pilates bar, and resistance bands held up as advertised. I’m 5”10 and the resistance bands held up at chest level and full press above my head. The door anchor works as advertised as well. Everything fits in the bag provided also.My only complaint is the velcro on the ankle straps didn’t hold up and always tore loose when attempting to use them.Overall a good value for the money but came slightly short of my expectations.
Would have loved to give a 5 star review but…. I purchased this set because it has a jump rope included. The rope was a few inches short for my height. I unscrewed the caps to adjust the length of the rope but found only 1 inch of extra rope per side. I would have thought with a 6 inch hollow handle you’d get at least 4 or 5 inches of adjustment per side to accommodate for someone taller than 5’ 6”. Other than I can’t use the jump rope without clipping my feet and swatting myself in the back of the head because the lack of material for lengthening it’s a great little workout package. Like I said I’d have given this 5 stars if I was able to use everything that came with the set. Also I have no problem changing my review to 5 stars if I can get a new jump rope suitable for someone who is 6’ tall with extra rope in the handles in case I need to lengthen the rope further.
Just ok. This is a nice introduction into push up boards. This is good for travel or a quick workout, but it’s not as sturdy as I would like, the board itself could be wider and longer. And the bands that come with this do not feel like their advertised weight class. They feel about 2 lbs lighter which i did not like. Overall i pan to purchase another brand to compare. I love the concept. But would prefer a more sturdy wider board with accurate bands
Quick and easy way to get back in shape. My husband has a very sedentary work from home job and he’s put a few extra pounds since covid hit. I gave him this kit a month ago.He has a small home office where he was able to set up this kit without taking much space. He is also quitting smoking so he does a quick series every time he craves the cancer sticks.Lo and behold, he’s lost 2lbs in about a month just by doing this. He’s not even dieting.The kit is also versatile enough that you can either keep it out like my husband does or you can put it away in a very convenient bag that is also included.So those of you looking to get into calisthenics culture, look no further, this is it!
Awesome product. This is an awesome at home workout product. It was super easy to setup and had so many features for a whole body workout. I didn’t know it was going to come with a jump rope so that was a surprise. This is really good for beginners and for resistance training. I don’t have a gym close by and this is perfect and easy to store away since I don’t like clutter.

As such they are very comfortable and stable to use. The handles are easy to move between slots, and the whole thing folds up very nicely to store out of the way. The bands included are low to moderate resistance, which is perfect for me because I use them primarily for shoulder exercises and physical therapy. I have pretty broad shoulders but the spacing on the board works for me, there is one setting that is a little narrow to use. I have not used the included jump rope but it seems fine. Overall a nice product to add to a home gym.
