Get it. So I started a new skincare routine and I guess I damaged my skin barrier. I had dry spots and dark spots. Every moisturizer burned and hurt. I took a chance and bought this b/c I have a smaller container for my baby that I use to prevent diaper rashes. After 2 days my face was cleared. I had been dealing with the dry patches for 2 weeks and they got progressively worse every time I tried a new moisturizer in my face. I saw results from the first application.

Great for diaper changes. I didn’t find that this treated diaper rash, but it works great as a preventative. I use It every diaper change. I wipe baby down, apply rash ointment if necessary, then smear a generous amount over the areas of my baby’s diaper area that get poop on them regularly. It makes it far easier to wipe him clean and seems good at preventing rashes. I use Bordeaux’s butt paste red tube for visible rashes. Any rash he has had has been extremely minor and honestly may just be normal redness. I can tell when my partner forgets to use it because the baby will be much harder to wipe the poop off of.There is rarely any residue during the next change, unless I have to change the baby within 30 minutes of the last change.I keep a tube of it on hand for use on scratches and other potential first aide uses (since my fingers have been digging in the jar). It’s safer to use constantly than antibiotic ointment (which I was told to use very sparingly to prevent antibiotic resistance) and seems to work just as well at keeping the wound protected.
