This is my go to sealer. I use these to seal everything. That includes nuts and bolts. I use on anything that I want to keep fresh, frozen, even coffee or spices, I use it protect against freezer burn, even full cooked meals even pasta. When you buy make sure you purchase a good seal machine, don’t skimp on cheap machine. Get a decent quality machine. They will take advantage of all the capabilities of this bag.😃
