Tortilla Bowl. The only downside to this tortilla bowl maker is the outside gets very hot; the lid is not easy to close and there needs to be an indicator light as to when the bowl is done. We cook ours for 6 to 7 minutes and they turn out crispy.

You can’t get much in these at all. This Taco Tuesday quesadilla maker is intended to use 8 inch shells. The first time I made a quesadilla, I put a light amount of refried beans & a light sprinkle of cheese & this was waaaay too much for the machine to handle. Everything seeped out the sides & it was a mess. I decided to remake it & I used half as much of the beans & cheese & this was also too much (see the above pictures). As you can see, after taking it out of the machine, it was ridiculously thin. As a vegetarian, I was only looking to put beans in there but if you wanted to put anything with substance in there like meat, there’s just no way it would work.I have the larger model (made by a different manufacturer) that uses a 10 inch shell & this isn’t an issue. I purchased two of these & one was to be a gift for my daughter but now I’m going to return the unused one because it’s just not going to work. I got this one thinking that it was perfect for one but it’s more trouble than it’s worth.

Works good. Taco bowl maker. Works pretty good. Keep an eye on it so you don’t burn it.

Easy, convenient, and humorous. For the cost, it’s a great product. I wanted to have a tortilla press because I eat alot of ground venison, bison, and beef very frequently in different forms for easy and lazy meal prepping. This grill saves me dishes and adds the benefit of a nice crunchy tortilla bowl for additional easy carbs. Feeling a breakfast bowl? Sure, scramble some eggs throw some vegetables in it and bam you have a super easy nutritious meal. The versatility of this product is only limited by your imagination. Throw whatever vaguely South American spices in a pan over some ground meat and throw it in one of the tortilla shells that took two minutes to make with some cheese, Greek yoghurt, and vegetables and you’ll feel like your having taco Tuesday. I enjoy the product, but I suspect the hinges may not last forever. You pay for what you get as far as the manufacturing build quality goes, but it’s inexpensive and good enough to probably last for years as long as you take care of it. I think this product would make for a great gift for the lazy cook in your life who doesn’t enjoy meal planning or wants low effort consistency to track their macros with.

Easy to use and makes a small taco bowl. When initially plugged in, the Taco Bowl Maker did not reach full temperature. Green light did not come on. We unplugged it, let it cool, plugged it back in and had the same result. It caused us a complete change of meal plan and decided to return it the next day, but before doing so, we tried it one more time and for some reason it functioned. Made several flour tortilla bowls, some under crispy at the green light and some over crispy to burned at the green light. A couple days later we tried it with corn tortillas which never got crispy. The concept is great and we were excited about it and if they were to make adjustable temperature control, we would try it again. Because it didn’t work the first day at tall, then all the sudden worked, it is concerning. It snaps close well. We purchased the same brand Quesadilla Maker which works well and we are pleased. We decided to return it due to safety concerns and due to it’s inconsistent browning. We look forward to the next upgraded model.

Damaged. I was excited to try this but unfortunately when received it has a pretty good nick in it and scuff marks. Wondering if maybe someone had returned it as the box was not damaged. Will be returning as there is not an option for replacement. That being said it looks like it would work well.
