Great customer service experience. Loving the pedals and cleats. My initial package was missing a washer for the cleats, so I contacted them and received a response immediately. I thought they were just going to send another set of washers but they sent a whole new set of cleats just a few days later at no cost to me. Won’t hesitate to buy from these guys again.

SPD Pedals + Cleatset. Perfect. I was initially leery due to the low number of reviews (8 at the time; 2 of which were about solar lanterns?). I ordered expecting the items to be “XEWEA” branded and similar to Shimano, but they showed up as unopened Shimano parts sealed in the boxes. I was also unsure if the purchase included both the pedals and cleatset; both were included. Mine came with the orange cleatset, same as the product photo. Other reviewers have mentioned the yellow cleatset. Either way, amazing 5 star value.

great trainer pedal for barely more than the cost of cleats. These appear to be Shimano PD-R550 spd-sl pedals . Mine were apparently factory seconds due to fairly tight bearings … the pedal spins OK, just doesn’t flop vertical after unclipping. If that is a problem you can disassemble and adjust the cup and cone ball bearing. Just like the old days. Youtube is your friend, especially the BikeRadar video covering rebuilds of Shimano pedals.I’m using them on a trainer. For that application they are perfect.Probably not for the Tour de France.

They are okay. These road cycling pedals are okay, but are not the Shimano branded units that some people seem to be getting. The bearings are pretty rough and they do not spin freely. They work for my use, but probably worth spending some extra money for the name-brand pedals.
