Chipped Ice. If you’re into real Hawaiian style shave ice you might be disappointed. The ice comes out in fine to small chips. This of course is because it uses ice cubes instead of a larger piece of ice run over a bigger blade. It works great and you don’t have to fill special ice trays which is the reason I bought it. I doubt that the kiddo’s will mind.Update; the motor won’t go anymore. I got a dead one on my hands. To late for a return so I have to chased down HSI CS to see what they will do. Bummer in the Summer…Updated: After call CS The HSI staff sent a new one out, pretty good service. The gave me the option of a full refund or a replacement, I like the machine so I opted to another unit. Now will see if the replacement lasts.

Delight. I got this for me to make my kids a cool treat in the summer time. They are all love it. It is easy to use and the run time of 2 minutes does seem to short of time but the ice cup that holds the ice before it gets shave holds just enough for about 2 servings.
Extremely easy to use and clean. This machine is absolutely amazing, especially considering the price! I got it for my daughter for her birthday but I think I love it just as much as she does!

Great overall. The taste that this product produces just taste like ice (obvi) you should definitely invest in getting some nice flavor syrup . the the speed of this product was good the only bad thing was that it kept jamming and if you don’t use ALL of the ice it will leak. However with that said this product has great overall Quality stability and durability
