Easy to Use and Super Portable. I wanted something to use at home without having to buy a full gym and this pushup board was perfect! The different functions really work out all parts of my upper body and it’s super easy to swap out the hand grips. After just using it for 10 minutes, I was already feeling the burn. Another pro is that it’s so portable and takes up barely any space. I can take this on the go and not have to worry about finding a gym when I travel.
Not bad for the price. Pros:•Super easy to put together•Perfect for push up form•Lightweight and travel friendly•Flexibility to do multiple exercises without needing a ton of room to operateCons:•The instructions are not clear how to position parts to do the exercises correctly. They are better than IKEA instructions, but not really much better.•If you are a novice or it’s been a bit that you’ve used gym equipment, it might take you a minute to figure things out and the best operation method for you.Overall I think it’ll be useful to my home gym routine, but had I not looked at some of the photos here on Amazon, some of the exercises and positioning would have been a bit harder to figure out. Also I was missing two rubber feet but I was able to position everything so it didn’t matter.
Good buy. This is perfect for allowing you to get a workout at home, the various options available which hit your body is great. I had an issue with my order but I was able to contact the seller and they were very professional and helpful in rectifying the issue. Sometimes I’m a bit skeptical about the sturdiness but that’s just my paranoia as it has stood up this far without cracking. The tension cables have decent tension, not ridiculous tension but enough to engage the muscle passed usual engagement and give you that pump. It’s a great tool to help you get your workout journey going and a great filler for the times you can’t get to know gym.
Great workout for after severe TBI, at HOME. So easy to set up, love the ease of transition between arms and legs with the resistance bands. I like that I can grab the handles on the board while the handle is hooked around my foot (footle? ¯(°_o)/¯ ) and it’s so universally interchangeable. I love the door option also, and I harbor no fear of snap back or breakage of any kind. I was in the navy and took great pride in my physical fitness goals so this helps me get back into it in my terms. I wouldn’t have purchased at the higher price, so glad I got it at the discounted one. Brava!The travel option is ideal, it’s so easy to click together and get up and it of you’re on the go, and my 14 year old loves it and used it every time he walks by it. Looks like a toy, and he gets to show off his inner John Cena. It’s just a successful buy all around!
Great board; one small problem. I got this for working out along with the elastic bands. The instructions are few but not important. The grips easily move around the board to do push up for various muscle groups. I like it a lot. Only slight problem is in less than a month of use, two to the clips on the calibers for the resistance bands have broken. They are easily replaced at any hardware store but it’s annoying that they failed so soon.
Simple and easy. While the product and premise is a simple as you can get, the bands that come with it are ridiculously easy. Even trying to wrap them around and instead they felt like they’re going to break on me. Pros: Sturdy, easy to use, great for small places and easy pack away. Cons: cheap bands, color coding body parts aren’t exactly accurate.

comfortable handles, portable and convenient. I really like the handles on this- they are a good size and shape, and they are solid rubber rather than foam over a solid core. As such they are very comfortable and stable to use. The handles are easy to move between slots, and the whole thing folds up very nicely to store out of the way. The bands included are low to moderate resistance, which is perfect for me because I use them primarily for shoulder exercises and physical therapy. I have pretty broad shoulders but the spacing on the board works for me, there is one setting that is a little narrow to use. I have not used the included jump rope but it seems fine. Overall a nice product to add to a home gym.
Could change your life. Very impressed with this exercise set – now I can get a quick workout done in 5 min and has changed my life. Included a picture of all that it comes with because I didn’t even realize it came with the “door jam” attachment so the bands can even be used without the board. Not included in the picture is the exercise booklet/manual that also comes with. This board and resistance band combo is incredible. I’ve used others and this is just as good of quality as the others, but at a fraction of the price. Really easy to setup (basically just unfolding and putting in some rubber feet at the bottom of the board) and the push up handles are sturdy and stay snug in the board, but also can be easily moved to new spots. If you are trying to workout at home this product is a must!

Wrist and ankle straps too big and they keep breaking loose. I like everything else except for the wrist and ankle straps. No matter how high i put it, it falls to my ankle or wrist and it don’t get tight enough to where it don’t break apart but everything else a 10/10.

Works, but feels like it will break. It works as advertised, but the hinges that allow it to fold up feel weak, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they break after a few more uses. Luckily they haven’t yet, but I’m also be extra careful.
