Pads are fairly dry. There is not much serum in the packets I received compared to many other brands I have purchased in the past. Makes for dry under eye pads.

Cooling. I like these and the cooking effect they provided. They just didn’t stay on. I had to keep pushing it back down on my eye.

Nice under eye pads. I use these about 1/week. I am highly allergic but these are light and natural and helps with any under eye swelling.
