Nice but arrived broken. One of the inserts on the product arrived broken even though it was nicely packaged. I returned it and ordered a new one. The acrylic seemed sturdy enough. I guess the only thing that I see as a downside is that when you take the product apart you can hear the acrylic rub against each other. One of inserts was hard to take apart and it sounded like it wanted to break since I had pull them part. It did not break but it still was pretty scary. Hopefully my new one does not arrive defective.Update: Second one came in perfect. Now I want another one!

Great palette organizer and has lots of other uses too. I purchased this organizer for my makeup palettes. I have them sitting on a shelf so they are easy to grab and use. I prefer the acrylic because it allows me to have immediate view of my palettes. This way I will use them! I use mDesign Household Storage Organizer for DVDs in medium clear for my large zPalettes but they did not work well for my palettes I am not depotting as they are all odd sized and not easy to grab like the zPallettes. This product is almost perfect for my purpose. It was packaged well as all previous Alegory were. Each piece is wrapped completely in foam. This travelled overseas without any damage. The base is a thick acrylic unlike some of the cheap products I have seen. I was able to pick it up fully loaded and the base was strong. The base is 10″ x 5 5/8″ x 5/8″ (LxWxH). It is slightly flared/beveled all around the edges which ensures no tipping over. It comes with 11 dividers which are not as sturdy as the base but plenty thick enough for their purpose, 4 3/4″ w x 3 9/16″ h x 1/8″ d. The dividers have little half moon shapes on the bottom edge which slides into the same shape in the base. They fit tight and once they are in, it’s a bit difficult to remove. I made a little crack in the edge of one divider in an attempt to remove. The great thing about this organizer is the ability to accommodate thicker sized palettes. My UD Vice2 is too thick for any other organizer and usually sits by itself. You control which slots you want to use so when you need the wider opening, just use the next slot. Each opening between the dividers is 1 1/4″ w. I like that the product is built well so that the dividers are straight up, not flimsy or floppy within the slots. Good for an OCDer like me. The sides are open which will accommodate a variety of palette sizes. Due to the way the dividers fit into the slots and the depth of the base, the openings are slightly deeper than the height of the divider at 3 9/16″; the overall height is actually 3 13/16″. If you want an item to fit in the opening the base and dividers create, it needs to be less than 4 5/8″ wide. I have to turn my Tartelette palettes on their sides since they are too wide to sit level in the base. The other palettes will sit level on the top of the base. I included a picture to illustrate this. It is one aspect I am not happy with. The other con is that there are small circles in each corner from the manufacturing process. It doesn’t affect the use of the product but it can be a visual disturbance for those who notice those things. You can use this for pretty much any purpose requiring items to be stored vertically.

Looks stylish and the plastic is well made but not unbreakable. Great product, it is housing my eyeshadow palettes, and i like it.. now about the price, all the products from this company are a bit pricey but i suspect it is the quality of the plastic used that makes the price high.. i like their creations, would love to see more and at a bit more affordable prices if possible. They look nice also when you have them in the bathroom or in your makeup room.

Minor flaw, but overall good. Used this to store my watercolor palettes and pencils, chose it because of the ability to accommodate different thicknesses. It works.My only gripe, seems to be millimeters off in the manufacturing process and the dividers do not go easy in and out as I would expect leading to a broken divider.Thankfully didn’t need all of them, and otherwise good.

BUY IT. I love it!!! It is great quality & holds more than I expected it would. It arrived EARLY & not broken. My entire experience was great & I will be purchasing another one!!!

Price varies. The first time I bought this it was $23.99 (Mar 23). 🥲🥲 The second time it was $9.99(Nov 23).It’s a perfectly good organizer. The dividers are adjustable for if you have thicker pallettes. Sturdy and clear. Can’t wait to get my second one since my makeup collection has expanded, and I’m glad to see the price went down.

Eyeshadow Palette Holder. This is a decent organizer to hold eyeshadow palettes. It holds 10 palettes. Some of the dividers don’t stay in place and some slots are bigger than the rest.
