Effective. This very fine grained file will help smooth the tiniest of nail snags. It’s not designed for heavy filing to reduce the length or shape of nails.
Great nail file. Received one as a gift and loved it. My husband kept borrowing so I purchased him one.
I had no idea this did what it could do. I bought this as a permanent replacement for the old paper back nail files. I normally use a paper back file to smooth out all the rough edges of my nails after I trim or clip them. So far, this has lived up to that intended purpose.Then I read more reviews, including one from Sue Marino about how this file “gives your nails a glossy, finished look without resorting to using clear nail polish” No way!I have to say, yes way! I used this like I was getting a manicure, lightly over my nails and sure enough, it started to polish them! Incredible!A must have!So far I’ve only used this to polish my nails one time, but because I’m using the rough side, I bet it is possible to take too much of a layer of the nail off, so be careful use this gently.
Best nail file. Never has a nail file worked so easily and quickly! It’s truly the best nail file. Glass file will be the only way I go forever and have gifted this to many happy friends.

It’s amazing. I saw this as a recommendation and there was a deal before Christmas if I bought two.I kept one and gifted one.Where have I been all my life without glass nail files?! Effective bit a little hard on my nails. Doing my nails and having them look nice is my self care, so I’m pretty picky about mail tools. I needed a small glass nail file with a hard case to toss into my purse. This’ll do.This nail file is very effective, but it has a very obvious sort of grid pattern on Filing surface that kind of messes up the fine control when filing. It’s like my nails get stuck in the lines or something and it creates a drag that makes my nail tips a little rough and frayed. It also makes it hard to move smoothly around the curve of my nail.My fancy glass file in my home mani kit is super smooth and moves around the curves like butta, so maybe I’m spoiled. I think it actually seals the tips.The little case stays put when it’s tumbling around in my purse, which I do like.So, while I can’t use this as an everyday or fine work nail file, it’s handy to keep in my purse for “nail emergencies” like a snag or a break that I need to deal with before more damage occurs.Id say it’s worth it for the price consider it’s a mail item and you can’t feel it before you buy it.

Holds up great, is pretty, and does what you need it to. This product is as advertised. It is pretty, works great, and has survived a couple years of usage and is still going strong!It has a nice little case as well.
Surprised. Honestly, I didn’t really expect much but have been wanting to try out a glass nail file for some time. This was a great price so I decided to give it a try. I am quite surprised with the results and will never go back to traditional emery boards! The ends of my nails are so smooth! I normally have to run an emery board under each nail, wash my hands and then check for more rough edges. This file made each nail smooth. Love it. I bought one to include in my BFF’s Xmas gift, too.
Great. Great little product for a stocking stuffer. It seems like it works better than regular nail files and is convenient for everyday carrying around. No need to spend more than this on one.
Witchcraft. Seriously though, I have to tell friends that I do not have my nails painted with a clearcoat. This product literally gives you a high gloss finish to your fingernail…. and so far it doesn’t take away any of the strength because you really don’t file down much of the depth of your nail. I don’t think it’s very common that men get manicures as much as women, but because I chewed my nails as a kid so bad I like to take care of my hands now as an adult.. especially after I’ve been doing mechanical or yard work, I like my hands to look clean and presentable again once I go back into the office. This product definitely does exactly what it says it’s going to do and at this price, It was a great find.

Great nail buffer. I originally thought this was just a glass nail file, not realizing it’s a nail buffer. It does an amazing job of buffing nails to a high gloss. A popular Christmas gift in my family and happy I kept one for myself!
Works great for me. I’ll admit that I am not a nail person. I’ve never had a professional manicure or pedicure, never worn artificial nails, and own no nail polishes. But like every other human, I want to keep my nails healthy and in a decent shape. This glass nail file works great for me. It makes quick work of reshaping my nails in a pleasing form and easily smooths any snags or sharp areas of my fingernails. I’m honestly impressed at how easy it is to use. I’m not sure why only one side is for filing while the other side is smooth – are you supposed to use the smooth side somehow? It doesn’t really matter to me, as the rough side does the job very well. I’m not sure why people don’t like it, but maybe the variation in hardness and shaping of the individual nails makes a difference. I am very satisfied with its performance on my boring nails.

Best Nail File. A good nail file is hard to find, but when you need it you need it. I got this as a stocking stuffer, and it’s the gift that keeps on giving. I’ve never had a glass nail file before, mainly I use stainless steel. The glass is not as harsh but does a great job. I think the stainless steel is coarse finish whereas the glass is a lot more smooth finish. I highly recommend it, and will buy more for my purse, car, and travel.
