Happy with it. I bought this specifically to cushion my knees during workouts (reverse lunges, surrenders, etc.). The yoga mat I was using was not cutting it. The size and thickness are perfect for that. It seems pretty durable, although I noticed I’ve already put a little gash in mine. The gash doesn’t effect use. Overall I’m very pleased with this product and use it often. The size is small enough to tuck behind a piece if furniture when not in use. I could also see using it to protect your knees if you are gardening, scrubbing the floor or washing the dog.
I like it. I use this at my stand up desk at work. It’s a good density and allows me to get in a littlemovement throughout the day. I would recommend getting the XL one for this type of use.
Excellent Balance Pad. This balance pad is firm and keeps it’s shape when using it. I use this as apart of my PT to strengthen my foot and ankle. Highly recommend.
Just like PT. This is very good for doing exercises where you have to rest your knees on the floor. Its soft but still firm at the same time.

Helps my balance. Ordered 2 of these so that I could continue my physical therapy exercises at home. They are much less expensive than what the PT has, but they are sturdy and I am happy with my purchase.
Well Made and Cheap. This is a great, thick pad for use in a gym. Protects knees especially, and is plush yet structured. Get a few and keep them in your gym! Well constructed.
Sturdy and durable. I use this at my standing desk for some extra cushion when standing. I have had previous pads sink in with heavy use. This one does not seem to sink down as you stand on it. It’s good for balance exercises too if you’re looking for that. Similar to those that you use at a PT clinic. Would be a good alternative to the ones in clinic. It’s not as easily wipeable, so if you’re looking to use it with multiple people and wipe it down between people, it’s not easy to clean.

So far, so good. Nice and thick and soft. It seems to not slip, though there’s no special coating or texture, it’s the same all around the pad, but so far, so good. (k.o.w.). The pad is just the right thickness that it works well as a pad for your knees for working or working out. I also use it to for sitting while doing leg lifts. It looks good and it feels good. I was afraid I’d get something that would compress into a pancake and still hurt, but it doesn’t.
Works well. Seems to be well made, with decent density and cushion. Good for stability balance exercises. Color makes it easy to spot in the corner of the room 😁
Fantastic tool for lower body strength training. I primarily use it for the one-leg stand, which adds a nice challenge to my routine. The cushioned, non-slip surface provides great stability, making it perfect for various exercises. It’s a versatile addition to my fitness gear—highly recommend!
Great Quality. Same as in physical therapy. This did not disappoint. The price is outstanding and many videos on line from same company. This is better than what my physical therapy uses. Has made a difference in my balance. Highly recommend it.

Great Product. Great item for physical therapy. Also, it is outstanding cushion used on flight on airplane seat for long travel over 5 hours. In addition, it is great cushion when used for wheelchair if someone sets on wheelchair long time.
