Excellent piece of equipment. For $20.00 this thing rocks. I have a pinched nerve in my neck that gives me pain and weakness in my right forearm. I have poor neck posture. My neck pushed forward as I stood. I could sit down and move my neck and feel the pain get worse when I pushed my head forward. Nope not tendonitis, it’s a disc. Since I’ve cured my sciatica, now it’s time to cure my neck issue.I am not kidding at all, after one set of using this product my right forearm pain stopped. I now use it 3 times a day with light weight. It helps to decompress and strengthen the neck to keep it aligned. And maybe I’ll get a thicker neck out for it.Great product for $20.00. It fits me well and it is comfortable. I have no issues at all and it’s fun and easy to use. Granted I’m not throwing 45 pound plates on this thing. I am just so happy the pain has stopped.
Heavy weight harness with a comfortable fit. Finally decided to do something about my pencil neck jk. I actually bought this harness to help me rehab my neck as I have chronic back and neck pain due to a head injury which resulted in disc compression. Since I can’t regenerate the disc, I can try and strengthen the muscle around them.I’ve used this harness a couple of times and so far it works great. The harness is very well cushioned and balances on the head comfortably. The fabric is thick and feels like quality material with padding and heavy duty stitching. The chain is about 17″ long when looped. I wear glasses, so I do have to remove them. The adjustments are made with Velcro and there is one on the forehead and another chin strap.If you really want it to fit snug, you can use the chin strap, but I just hung it on my head and let gravity do the work. Otherwise, there is no pinching or pressure points. I used a 25lb plate (looped through the center hole) which it handled with aplomb. With that weight the D rings stayed level. I’m sure the chain and heavy duty fabric can handle a lot more weight if you need it.

Works great. Works great! Very sturdy design. So sturdy in fact that I use it to pop my neck by putting it over a bar on my Smith machine and using my body weight to slowly pop my neck lol. Just make sure to keep one hand under your chin to hold the velcro together since it’s not designed for this use. Also be VERY careful and go VERY slow your first few times. Personally this makes my neck feel much better, but the first time I did it when my neck was hurting bad it popped so hard it startled me, but I felt like a new man a couple minutes afterwards lol. Now I do this several times per week.

Good buy. I didn’t want to spend so much on the “fancier” versions so i got this one. It works great. It does sometimes hurt if not positioned right but if you get it right it works for all neck exercises.

Great fit, like it – but had to put tape over D-ring. Great fit, durable, will work great.It did have a strong outgas smell at first, but eventually went away.The only thing I don’t like, is when I hook the chain to the D rings and perform a range of motion with my head going back, the chain catches on the D rings and makes a loud grinding noise in your ears. I put some black duct tape over these and the chain slides smoothly now. If they altered the angle of the ring for the chains I don’t think this would occur.

Good quality material. Only complaint is the chains are loud right next to your ear but that’s not a problem. Fantastic product overall.
