  1. I love these bands! So high quality yet affordable. Writing this review from my boyfriend’s account because I used it to buy these bands. Before getting these bands I was doing glute workouts using SPRI’s set of two fabric hip bands that I got from Walmart for $15, which basically do the job, but they don’t have rubber grips on the inside (they’d slide up and down or fall to the ground) and the light band is way too wide (it’s 17”), which annoyed me to no end. I decided to invest in something better. Originally I was looking at some $45 booty bands from a different brand with good reviews, and I almost bought them until I found Te-rich bands on Amazon with good reviews for only two thirds of the price. I gave them a shot and didn’t think I’d love them so much! They work great and don’t slide up or down during workouts. After my first workout with the light and medium bands on Monday, my glutes were sore for 3 straight days and I had to skip the Wednesday glutes workout, no joke. So far I’ve used these bands for two workouts, no sign of stretching so far and the bands return to their original shape, but I might go back and update this review if the bands show signs of stretching or wear and tear down the road. When they came, they had a strong rubber smell but it went away pretty quick. I definitely don’t think that these bands are too tough for glute workouts – I think the people who struggle with these bands might be more used to using stretchy latex resistance bands which have more give to them. One thing to note is that because these are fabric bands, there are limits to how much they can stretch, unlike rubber bands which have a higher stretch limit. For example in the photo I was doing donkey kickbacks with the light band (please excuse my form since I was trying to take a picture on an air mattress – I kept sinking into it and had no way of making sure my form’s perfect. I had no room on the floor to take this picture since my room is cramped). Once I have my right leg at the highest position, the band’s stretched to its limit and you basically can’t stretch it further than that. It was like a hard stop, if that makes sense. But I think if that should happen to you, it might be a sign that you should move up a band! I use the medium band for donkey kickbacks, and use the heavy band sometimes when I want a challenge. In short, if you want glute gains, get these bands!!

  2. High quality but with limited range. I’ve used these bands for the past four weeks. The build/product quality is fantastic. The woven fabric is heavy duty and thick. They aren’t going to roll or fold over on themselves at all, ever. You’re also not going to worry about breaking through them like you sometimes do with regular elastic bands, it’s impossible. They have thin bands of latex stitching on the inside to keep them in place and it works. The resistance level of fabric bands is different from normal elastic bands, and it takes a little bit to get used to. With normal elastic bands you can stretch them to the point of failure. They’ll keep stretching with increasing linear resistance until they break. These bands are limited by the terminating point of the fabric stretch, which is where you’ll hit the majority of the resistance. It’s kind of like hitting a wall where there’s not stretch left to give. The resistance isn’t really linear. It’s constant all the way through the stretch until it won’t go any further, which seems to be about 2X the unstretched length. That makes your usual routines are going to work and feel a little different. You’re not going to have the same range of motion as you get with elastic bands. Your lunges/strides will be significantly shorter. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, just a different experience. You may need to hold or modify certain movements to get what you’re used to.Overall I’d definitely recommend them as long as you’re aware of the decreased range of motion. If you prioritize full or maximum range, these probably aren’t for you. If not, they still work extremely well and provide a ton of resistance at their max stretch.

First Impression. The quality of the bands are legit. And the difference in the resistance between bands going from light to medium to heavy is very noticeable, and I can easily imagine somebody that new to these bands enjoying the “light strength” band to begin with. The black band being the most light and the light grey band being the most heavy. The overall look of the band is simplistic and clean. One noticeable feature is that the bands DO NOT slip! I wear loose clothing and yet, the bands don’t slip over the loose fit. There is a small rubber lining in the middle of the inside of the band to prevent any slippage during your workouts with these bands. The overall elasticity of the band do not stretch as far as more thin/and more skinny bands in comparison. But these are versatile for leg workouts and definitely get the job done. The band’s WIDTH is very comfortable and it doesn’t feel as it if it cuts off circulation from what I’ve noticed when I’m doing more intense workout that calls for more stretching of the band. I would recommend these to anyone who are interested in using workout-bands (specifically for their legs, quads, and glutes, and even arms, depending on the exercise). The 3-band back come with an appropriately sized bag that you stick inside your back pack, purse, or even hang onto your water gallon/bottle when you’re off at the gym or what have you! It’s clean, easy, and most importantly, Effective!! 5 out of 5!

Comfortable, durable, and very pretty. I’ve been using these for about a month now to add more intensity to my at-home squat and glute workouts. I chose the 13.6″ size for all resistances and they fit well – sliding easily up over my knees and offering plenty of resistance when in place (for reference, my hips are about 41″ around). The bands do seem to stretch out slightly over a session of use, but regain their shape and original size (I measured) after sitting for a time. I’ve mostly used the light and medium so far, but am working my way up to the heavy band. These bands are incredibly comfortable and don’t budge or roll even during cardio moves. The rubber on the back helps them stay in place and is incredible gentle. I’ve used these both on leggings and bare skin with no discomfort or issues. So far they show virtually no sign of wear. You might notice a bit of fluff from the logo on one of the bands – that was there when I received them, but hasn’t impacted the durability of the band in an appreciable way.Overall a very nice product and competitively priced for the quality.

  5. Does the job. I recently purchased these resistance bands since I saw similar ones being used in a workout video on youtube for glute exercises. I’m glad to report they work perfect for my purpose and seem great quality. The bands come in a black drawstring mesh bag for easy storage and came in good condition (no odd smells, etc). The material of the bands feels thick and sturdy with a sort of rubber inner lining for better grip. It was comfortable to use over workout pants and on bare legs which I appreciated. The resistance level seems good as even the light band definitely increased the difficulty of my workout compared to when I would do them without. I can see the limitations of the product as it’s just a band and not adjustable in any way, but it works great for my specific exercises and was a good price ($20 for 3 diff level bands) so overall I do recommend the product especially if you had specific usage in mind.

Good durability, comfortable, though range of motion is moderate. I have really liked my Te-Rich Resistance Bands and I’ve used them regularly for glute work for at least 4 months. They’re excellent when it comes to durability and provide good resistance. I wanted something that lasted longer than the rubber glute loops, so I bought these. It is worth noting that they don’t have as wide a range of motion as the super-stretchy rubber type bands do because they are “fabric-y,” although they work well for most exercises since a super wide range of motion generally isn’t required. However, for things like kick-backs they don’t cut the mustard. I have and use both these glute loops and the “rubber-band loops” during my workouts. I think they stay in place very well unless I put them just below my knees. When I double-up bands (one below the knees and one above), these just tend to have a wider diameter that slips a bit below the knees so I always put them above my knees and a rubber glute loop below the knees. (I am also a small person- 5’3″, so it may be partly due to my size.)

  7. Better than the rubber bands. I have always seen these bands, but some came in different diameters depending on the resistance. So to say the least, I have avoided buying these types of bands and bought rubber or latex bands. Those types of bands are cheap and do not last as long. In other words they would break easy. I saw these bands and thought I had to try them since I was buying some new home workout equipment. These came in a pack of 3 with different resistance levels, and for the price I wouldn’t feel too bad if it never worked out.We got them in the other day and decided to use them in our workout. I have to say that after using this brand of band’s, I will purchase again. First of all the 3 bands came in a small mesh bag to keep them together. When I took the bands out of the bag the quality did not feel cheap. They are thick and nicely made. The resistance levels in these bands are a little stronger than the resistance feeling of the rubber or latex bands. I would compare the light band to a medium of the rubber or latex band and so on and so on. The plus to these bands is on the inside. It has some grippy rubber, so it won’t roll up or down. It would pretty much stay in place as you’re moving through your workout.I enjoyed these and so did my wife. So for now the kids will stay in the rubber or latex bands and us adults will use these new bands. You won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking at them now and reading this review, I encourage you to try them. They’re working for us, I hope they work for you too.

  8. weight of resistance. love these resistance bands, big fan of the material stays in place and is comfortable. i just wish i knew the weight of resistance rather than “light , medium, heavy”.. was searching for this info and cant find it :)) still a great product

Game changer. I’ve tried several brands of the rubber bands and they always rolled or broke. These are great quality and not much more expensive. I wish I would have realized cloth bands were an option sooner!

  10. They work. I’ve never owned others to compare but I know these work. I could barely do 3 sets with the heavy band but after working out for almost 2 weeks with medium band, I did same workout with heavy band and was very sore in my glutes the next day, which tells me that was a great workout! I often use rebound trampoline wearing medium band doing squats and kicks and the band stays perfectly in place!

  11. Excellent for leg exercises. Love these They don’t slide Great buy

  12. Comfortable. I wanted a fabric band so it didn’t pinch or grab at my skin. I’m picky when it comes to fabrics and I find these very comfortable. I like having 3 different options for difficulty – I’m starting with the light and my husband is using the medium.

  13. The best 100 times over. I have had so many other leg workout bands, specifically the regular stretchy plastic loops. I never could finish a workout without having to stop a million times to adjust the loop. These fit so nicely and DO NOT SLIDE OR SLIP. They are nice and heavy duty so you don’t have to worry about replacing them ever month. I have larger legs and these fit really well. They come with a little mesh bag to keep them all together so they don’t get lost. The bag also has a string so I just loop it onto my weight rack so they never are missing. These also have great resistance and you will definitely feel the burn.

  14. Working Well so far. I’ve only used the light one so far for light exercise, and they are working as expected. They don’t slip off, provide resistance, and are comfortable and sturdy. I look forward to moving onto the medium and heavy ones when I get stronger.

  15. Nice product. Good product. Has rubber inside to reduce slipping. Work well and should hold up
