  1. heavy duty, well made, three levels of resistance. Bought this brand because they’re the exact same ones that are used at my physical therapy office. They come in three levels of resistance. Some people without a lot of strength might find they have too much resistance. Each one is rated in pounds of force required to stretch. If you’re already in good shape and trying to recover from an injury then they’ll probably work for you. If you’re in poor shape with muscle weakness, you may get less use out of some of the stronger bands. Make sure you wash them before you use them because the black dye can rub off on skin and clothing. I’m very happy with mine.

  2. Quality Item. I opened it up and immediately and unknowingly grabbed the band with the highest resistance. Wasn’t quite ready for that! But it’s nice to have all three strengths. As you get stronger, you can move up. It’s amazing the amount of a full work out you can get in with these.

  3. Great quality. Doesn’t move while using them, really good quality

  4. Decent Booty Bands. I bought these because I was missing two from my old set of bands and because I love the color green. Below were the main things I looked for when I decided whether or not to keep these (which I did end up keeping).Material quality: On the inner side of the bands have non-slip material so the bands don’t roll up when you’re using them. I workout in full legging so I can’t comment on how they feel with shorts but my friend wears shorts and hasn’t had any issues using these. It feels durable and thick, though, compared to my old ones, they are not as thick/strong. I didn’t find this to be a negative because I can get in more quality reps when using the med-level band. Specifically, I get a better range of motion when using these in my workouts (ie full abduction/clam shell/etc) and it’s easier to maintain proper form.Durability: TBD I will update in 6 months. So far they are holding up with me & my friend using them to warm up for every workout (4-5x a week).Resistance strength: There are three levels of resistance, the colors corresponding to each level of strength. Light green = light resistance, green = medium resistance, dark green = heavier resistance. I have tried several different bands and these were perfect for me.Would I recommend: Yes! These are great for beginners and those at intermediate level. The higher-level (darkest color) band has a good level of resistance for those at the intermediate and more advanced. But if you’re already at the more advanced level, I suggest looking for thicker bands.

  6. Great product, well made, fair price. Use for daily resistance training and this product is well made and works as intended. Have only used to 2 weeks so I will see how long they hold up.

  7. Seem great so far. I am 5’11” and 260lbs for reference. The heavy is pretty heavy to be honest. These seem to want to stay in place and not role down like conventional elastic bands.I am a physical therapy student and work with diverse population in clinicals and I will saw that I think these bands are great for squat stability activation. I notice a huge difference in the stability of my foot when using these bands to warm up.I also think the band width is very nice. I am half tempted to also buy the 2inch bands for some added versatility. If you’re conflicted on the purchase, I would recommend going ahead with it.

  8. You need these. These work so perfectly! If you ever need a resistance band that doesn’t slip, these are for you. I have really big thighs and these fit over them well and don’t slip or roll up when I’m doing squats, donkey kicks or any banded leg work.

  9. Tribe mini band. The quality of Tribe mini band is excellent. Having a cloth cover is soooo much better than the latex/rubber bands. This holds its shape and does not chafe.

  10. Recommended by my physical therapist. Sturdy yet comfortable. The graduated resistance offer a challenge at every stage of my progress. I would buy this product again.

  11. Solid, comfortable, and functional. These are for more intense band use. Our Physical Therapist uses this type for all the heavier leg work. I like them. The material cover is soft and doesn’t scuff or scrape your skin while doing movement like straddling walks or lunges etc. 3 strengths are included. We are mainly using the Light and Medium bands. The Heavy one is serious stuff beyond what we need. We were using the thin flat band that comes in rolls that you cut to length. Those are good for special needs and upper body work where you wrap them in your hands. Those are horrible for leg work. They roll up and tear at you and slip around. These heavier material covered bands stay still with movement and don’t cause problems. They will last a while. Very good purchase.

Enhanced band exercises. These bands are a step above my Spri bands. Added comfort and degree of difficulty diffrentiates these from Spri bands. Bands are a reliable and effective addition to any fitness regimen. Building strength, improving flexibility, or recovering from an injury, Bands offer a versatile solution that can be used anywhere.

  14. Better than the rubber alternatives. High resistance, great for workouts and does not pull on leg hair as much as the rubber alternatives.

Comfortable and work well. The rubber ones always roll up. They are painful and ineffective. These are nice and wide and comfortable. The grip works well. Definitely worth the money.

  17. Solid product with outstanding customer support. I purchased a set of three Tribe fitness bands at the end of 2023. Since receiving them, I have used them every weekday for a cool-down/flexibility session following resistance training; more-or-less 43 weeks of constant use. Eventually, one of the bands separated at the binding during an activity. Disappointing, sure, but, given the amount of wear-and-tear usage it had seen, not too shabby.Through Amazon’s order support system, I reached out to Tribe to find out if they had any sort of warranty or guarantee for their bands. Tribe representative Tony responded almost immediately. Tribe does, indeed, warranty their product within the first year following purchase, and he assured me that Tribe would replace the set (not just the band that had broken.) I confirmed my shipping address and, within a week, I had received a fresh set of replacement bands. Nice.Cynically, I tend to expect most purchases I make these days to fall well into the category of planned obsolescence… to be replaced after all-too-short a period with either another of the same purchase or a competitor product purchase. I find it refreshing when a company stands behind its product, especially one that towed the line pretty well during its usage, with a guaranteed replacement. Did a band break, yes, but no new purchase was required to keep up my routine. A simple message to customer support was all it took to get back to business. I appreciate that. So, kudos to Tribe and kudos to customer support rep. Tony. 5-stars, all ’round.

  18. Perfection. I live for the quality and color of these!! And the non slip grip is chef’s kiss. Up to 65lb resistance is so good!

  19. Good product, reasonable price. These bands stay in place and don’t roll up. Too soon to comment on durability, but on first impressions they are well made.

  20. Sturdy and Durable. These bands are fabric infused with an elastic and thicker than cheaper bands. They don’t roll up on your leg or pinch like the rubbery bands. Have used for a year and still in like new condition.
