Good quality and helpful. The media could not be loaded. I have to admit that I am a little bit lazy person, and I don’t have time to go to gym. This bench is a very good equipment for me. I can doing exercise at home anytime. The size is perfect to me , easy to fold up and spreading, doesn’t accupied much space. Good quality! The surface of the bench feels comfortable and it doesn’t slipped when you sit on top to do exercise. Although it have a little bit smell, I think the smell will dissapear after a couple day. It doesn’t matter because it is a new equipment. I like it can adjustable any altitude that you want. I hope this bench can urge me to stick at exercise. when I see it, I’ll remember to that I have to move, which is less time and less money than going to the gym. I’ll recommend it to friends who want to exercise as much as I do but don’t have enough time.
Good choice during COVID. Like so many others, I decided to make a home gym during COVID due to gyms being closed. While most everything was sold out, this workout bench was regularly in stock. With many good reviews, I decided to give this off name brand (likely Chinese import) a try. The bench came completely assembled and with an extra pin to hold it together, this was a plus. The bench was very stable, and it has worked for many different exercises. I am 5′ 8″ tall and lying down, it is a good length. In the upright position it is also a good height. Anyone over 6 feet will have issues with it being too short for incline exercises. It does well as a simple home gym starter bench. It is not as well built or sturdy as a commercial bench. The one drawback I have is the foam foot foot support is very close to the frame and I am unable to get my feet behind them to brace. Seems like the foot pad was thrown on for looks but isn’t functional.

It comes assembled, and the pins were a little confusing but after messing around with them for about 30 minutes I found a good place for them all to go. I’m about 5’4″, and the ankle bars barely work at the highest level, so I’d assume this is best for people who are 5′ 6″ and above, but you can make do if shorter. So far it has been cool in every way. It looks sharp and I don’t worry that I’m going to fall off due to something being unstable when using it but the seat itself its quite slender, and sometimes my knee will slip off the bench when doing suspended crunches which sort of halts the momentum of the exercise so I can get back on, but that’s nothing that I’m not too miffed about.As an end note, I’m pleased with this purchase. It’s a little tiny, but shows good performance/comfort and looks sharp all for a comfortable price. You should get it, too.

Great, But not for tall people. Big pros are it came completely assembled and is super easy to set up. Seems really sturdy. I’m in an apartment and can clean a bar up and lay down and it didn’t budge. The weight limit is plenty for most. Obviously if you’re a powerlifter you may come into issues with the weight, but I don’t think you’d be using something like this anyways. Folds up to a compact size, which was a must for me.Only major Con: It’s definitely not for tall people or tall torsos. It says so in the description that its for like up to 5’11 or something. I’m 6’3 and have a tall torso so my head is off, but it’s fine for what I need. This is only a problem with using it when my butt is on the seat. Like I said, I’m in an apartment and mainly need the compact fold up and something to lean on/over and what not.If you aren’t tall though, this is a great bench for a good price.
Exactly as described in several independent Workout Bench reviews. Very happy with this. Exactly as I expected from reading Workout Bench Reviews. Price was outstanding. I have limited space, so fold down after use is important. I am 70 yr, but fit, not overweight. Use for light weight dumbbells, upper body routines. I gave instructions only 4 Stars, because I had to think several times about the reference to lock pins, and assess the movement of the seat and back portions from unpacking to straight horizontal set up. All those factors became clearer after I got it in place for use, and went through removing lock pins for fold-down.
Great bench. I will say when I saw reviews saying this bench was too short I knew it may be perfect for me. I am a short woman and the size is perfect.I ordered two benches before I read reviews on the other one. I saw many complain about the other one not being secure and falling on people. Well! I do not want that!The set up on this bench was super easy and it is super safe. Great padding.I don’t think it is meant for 6ft tall people but perfect for average height person
Sturdy, easy to tuck in a corner. The fly bird design is awesome. The back is adjustable and if you pull out a pin in the center the whole device folds in half and can easily be put into a small space like a closet.
#Trucker_Life. Best purchase I could have made, as the spouse of an OTR semi driver, who is a fitness junkie being able to work out anywhere is made possible by this foldable bench!
Works great. Works great. Not the best bench but for the money it’s nice. The adjustments are chincy but otherwise.
Space Saver. I am not fond of hiding my equipment under the bed. Instead, I prefer to hang it on the wall. Recently, I gave away my old foldable weight bench and decided to look for a new one with what I like to call “origami DNA”. Luckily, the Flybird engineering team came up with just what I was looking for! When I enter my garage now, I sometimes overlook the weight bench because it is so neatly folded into the wall. It almost looks like a part of the Rogue foldable bench. So, there you have it – my foldable tortilla gym rack paired with a cleverly hidden, wall-mounted weight bench!
A Great Value. This is a great inexpensive bench. I bought one for my son, I was so impressed with the quality I bought one for myself. If using for basic weight training, this is definitely the way to go.
A great and affordable bench. The flybird adjustable bench has been an amazing addition to my home gym! It’s extremely lightweight, but still sturdy while holding my 255 lbs plus weights. It was pretty easy assembly as it came in one place and you just had to put the pins in the right holes. The only issue I have with it is the decline is pretty severe for me, but I didn’t ding my rating because I have an autoimmune disease that greatly reduces my back flexibility. Luckily, I had no issues with missing parts. Overall, I would highly recommend the flybird adjustable bench to anyone looking for an affordable addition to their home gym.
In love with this purchase. I have been on the hunt for an exercise bench for a few months. I looked at Dicks & Dunhams and seriously considered the Costco bench which was a lot more expensive. I stumbled across this, read countless reviews and decided to give it a try with the peace of mind that I could send it back if I wasn’t happy with it. I LOVE it!! It’s easy to use-you just take pins out and move them to position the bench where you want it. It’s sturdy but lightweight and I LOVE that you can fold it and pop it under the bed so it is not an eyesore! Soooo happy with this purchase! 5 stars!

Great bench. We bought this during the pandemic because gyms were closed. This piece has been a pivotal staple in our home gym. Easy to assemble, easy to adjust and move around. Great for all sizes and weights. Great price. The only thing I would change is t& width just because I’m wide set, but it’s perfect for my husband’s large muscular frame.
Sturdier than I expected, folds up small. I needed something that would store compactly in my RV and this was the right size. It was about twice as heavy as I expected when it arrived. This is very sturdy, assembly was easy, and the paint is resistant to scratch damage. The upholstery looks really good, but I’m concerned about the longevity. Will update if it falls apart. Heads up: the lowest the back rest will go (in the bracket) is level. You can lay it all the way down (out of the bracket) and it’s about a 45-degree slope — so, good for inverted sit-ups.
Great space saving bench. Love this bench. It was easy to put together. The way that it’s easy to fold helps save space. Comfortable and sturdy.
sturdy. Bought this bench for my husband as we are starting our at home gym. We have had it for a few years and it’s still looking new. Easy to move but is solid. Love that you can adjust the back for different workouts. I would definitely recommend this bench!!

Setup/teardown only take 30 seconds each. I think the most impressive thing about this bench is that it sets up quickly and folds up just as quickly. You can get it down to 20-30 seconds with a little practice.All the reviews are pretty accurate. It’s a great bench that holds a lot of weight for its price. The foam is ridiculously hard, it’s like working out on a park bench, but it does feel durable. Other than the foam, I don’t have a single complaint about it. The seat gap that some folks mention is a non-issue for me; it actually feels comfortable to nestle down into it during exercises.

Great value and convenient lift support. This is a very nice little bench. It’s compact, it’s light, and it absolutely works for me for incline, military, bench, fly. I’m 5’10” about 170lbs, and this makes the difference in terms of lifting smart with some form and support. Great bench!
Great value. Sturdy, light weight bench that allows me to work out each morning in my small living room.
