Durability. I LOVE THIS SET! The skipping rope/ jump rope will last me for quite awhile. Lol before purchasing, I made comparisons with other similar sets and found this to be among the cheapest and looking at each item in the box, they are all good quality. My only issue is that the resistant band,the sponge tore off after a couple use but some people prefer it without, anyway.

Performance. I really appreciate the easiness to assemble this product. I added the roller and push-up handles to my daily habits, and I’m already seeing changes! This product is fairly easy to break, though. The handles on the roller slip off easier than I would like and can get ripped really easily.Overall, this is a quality product to have.
These work great. I normally work out in the gym but when I workout from home I love to use these. The ab roller is great to use for your core, its very sturdy and easy to use. The jump rope is great just be careful and don’t hit your legs with the rope. The push up handles are one of my favorites, the padding is nice and soft so you don’t hurt your hands. The bung cords are great for body weight. Over all I love these products and would buy again.
