don’t make the same mistake I made… GET THESE from the beginning. The media could not be loaded. Â I have several dumbbells at home for my teenager sons. I have the fixed 5lb, 10lb, 15lb dumbbells as well as dumbbells that you can add or remove weight plates to change the weight. However, they end up taking too much valuable space in my home gym and worst of all, my sons get lazy with changing weight plates, not to mention changing it back after using it. So they end up using the fixed dumbbells more often but they got to the point where they now need the 20lb dumbbells so I was looking for one in the market and came across this wonderful, adjustable dumbbells that can be adjusted from 5lb to 25lbs in 5 pound increment and I’m so glad I found this because they are simply amazing!First of all, I was so impressed with their packaging. It just has 2 pieces (dumbbell and plate) but both of them were well protected with thick, fitted foams so they don’t move or get damaged with bumps and drops. It also came with a poster size user manual and it had pictures of various exercise you can do with the dumbbells on the back of it.I never had an adjustable dumbbell before but this is so cleverly designed. You can literally change the weight in 1 second by simply rotating the handle bar while the dumbbell is on the plate. There’s clear marking of the weight from 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 on both ends of the handle with an arrow to indicate which weight has been selected. It also makes a clicking sound when you rotate the handle so you know when the change has been set and locked in. Very clear, quick and easy way to change the weight. It really can’t get any easier, simpler and faster!I was a bit worried that the dumbbell weight plates might come loose or fall off when exercising but I was again impressed that the plates stays in place and you can’t even rotate the handle to change the weight once the dumbbell comes out from the plate. The handle has non-slip grip and is well shaped for comfortable and solid grip. It seems everything is made out of high quality material.Finally, I just love the space saving feature and now I can get rid of all our fixed dumbbells. No more clutter or misplacing or even adding/removing weight plates. Just turn the handle to set the dial then lift to start working out. In fact, I get grab both dumbbells and change the weights at the same time on both of them. It’s that easy! Although I was looking for 20lb dumbbells for my teenager sons, I’m happy that this can be used up to 25lbs, which I’m sure they will need eventually. What’s so crazy is that the price of this dumbbell is actually cheaper than all of my fixed dumbbells. Great value for the $. I bought these instead of some much more expensive ones. I have been using them for a few months now. They seem to be good quality and well built. The individual weights move very slightly when you use the weights. But its very minor movement and I have never had any issues. They do come as a set. Glad I bought these instead of some 2x more expensive ones.
Love these. I have been looking for a pair of adjustable dumbbells for a while, but they were all so expensive. I got these on prime day and love them! They click in better than some others I’ve used in the past I would definitely recommend these.
Great set. So far so good. A remarkable set of multiple choice weight simply by dialing it in. Im enjoying these tremendously and hopefully they hold up well. They do seem well made, and feel safe in the hands.
I bought these as a gift for my wife. She loves them, and most importantly: They make her WANT to work out, and to me, that makes for the best ANYTHING.
Great easy to change dumbbell set. I’m this is a great quality product. 25 lbs weight adjustable in 5lbs increments. So easy to move between weight with a simple twist of the wrist. The plates are secure and hold in place when performing any of the dumbbell exercises. The weights also slide in securely back into the base when done using them. Wish I had these when I was a teen. My next purchase will be the 50 lbs set.
Compact and easy to use. I bought these for my stepdaughter, who wanted a set of weights that would not take over her small apartment. She LOVES these! Easy to adjust, quickly, from one exercise to the next so she can keep up with the workout videos she uses. Highly recommend these—and we ourselves own the far more expensive well-known brand— no difference! A great deal!
Great set. The quality of these weights are great. Small form factor and easy to change the weight by just rotating the handle. They have been a great addition to the home gym.

Great for the money, awkward to use at times. Good: Super easy to switch weight, doesn’t feel janky at all.Bad: The weight is a bit off center, so curling with these is very strange. Other exercises are fine, but any exercise that rotates at the elbow has this off-center feeling that is annoying. The base sticks when you use all plates. Easy to knock off but funny that it always lifts off the ground.

For the price this works great. I was surprised by how well this works for an adjustable dumbbell. The quality, finish, size, and weight is great. Some users mentioned stability, however, I believe you need to be very accurate with setting it in place completely, then rotating for the weight.I noticed the locking, unlocked of weights is very sensitive where you can’t just do it really fast. The handle and weight needs to sit in place first, then it can rotate without any weights falling off.
Easy to use and safe. The adjustable dumbells are trully a gamechanger. They are perfect for a home gym, as they do not take up much space but provides a range of weight options for different exercises. They are sturdy and easy to change the weight option between sets. I have been using for 6+ months and they have allowed me to do progressive weight increases without having to buy additional equipment.
Easy to use, space-saving dumbbell set. I have used these dumbbells for over a month now and they work great! Sturdy, compact, space-saving, easy to use, and reasonably priced. They came completely set-up, no installation or putting together needed. I would highly recommend adding these to your home gym equipment.

Terrific value for a starter or maintenance program. I bought these in 02-24 and have used them 3 times a week through 11-24. I am very happy with the value and utility of these dumbells. No, they are not built like the well known names N or Bflex but they are no where near the cost either. I am 61 and have managed to really improve my upper body strength with easy to adjust weight settings and ultimate portability. The one issue is with the plastic tangs centered in the base of each bell (2nd photo. They plastic tang is wearing a bit so I use a small file or razor blade to keep the tang sharp. Works very well now. I am going to move up to a more robust weight set from these 25 pounders to a 55 pound set.
