Great work out bands. My gym of 30 years closed 2 months ago and going to a different place wasn’t a good fit. My hubby is in physical therapy and was told to get a more expensive brand of band. While I was browsing Amazon I came across the bands that looked good for me. I have to say being in the gym for most of my life, I never thought that a simple rubber band would do nearly everything I could do at the gym. I like that there are different degrees of resistance and though I thought I could of started with the hardest one…boy was I wrong!! Great bands even more targeted workouts and better yet I can use them at my leisure. I would recommend these to friends and anyone who is ready for a good workout!

Why only 4 stars. Only giving it a 4 star cuz one of them came ripped but the strength on them is pretty fair and durable.

Nice. Great bands with just the right amount of tension. I use these while I’m endlessly on my computer, wishing I could move more but can’t in order to get the work done. These bands help me to get my wiggles out for sure! I place the band at about my knees and move them in and out. It does a nice job of exercising my outer thighs.
