Great work out bands. My gym of 30 years closed 2 months ago and going to a different place wasn’t a good fit. My hubby is in physical therapy and was told to get a more expensive brand of band. While I was browsing Amazon I came across the bands that looked good for me. I have to say being in the gym for most of my life, I never thought that a simple rubber band would do nearly everything I could do at the gym. I like that there are different degrees of resistance and though I thought I could of started with the hardest one…boy was I wrong!! Great bands even more targeted workouts and better yet I can use them at my leisure. I would recommend these to friends and anyone who is ready for a good workout!

Why only 4 stars. Only giving it a 4 star cuz one of them came ripped but the strength on them is pretty fair and durable.

Nice. Great bands with just the right amount of tension. I use these while I’m endlessly on my computer, wishing I could move more but can’t in order to get the work done. These bands help me to get my wiggles out for sure! I place the band at about my knees and move them in and out. It does a nice job of exercising my outer thighs.

Love these. I love these resistance bands. My chiropractor suggested that I get these to strengthen my dislocated shoulder and it is the best thing I’ve done so far.
Durable bands. These bands are great for your everyday workout, whether you use it for a warm up or utilize it for your whole workout, I’ve had mine for few years now and they are still in good condition and I use them on a regular. Definitely will recommend getting these bands for your workouts.
A workout essential- without sacrificing space and money. I bought these a few years ago while I lived in a small apartment and didn’t have a gym membership. These come in so handy and there are so many exercises you can do with them. Besides their use, most gym equipment is ugly, takes up space, is heavy, and clunky- but these bands can be stowed away and out of sight almost anywhere. I had a glass jar that I saved to repurpose and I put them in there. I love products like this, where they improve your life, wellbeing, and/or your hobby without having to sacrifice a lot of money, time, or space. For instance, my dad got a bowflex almost a decade ago and hardly ever uses it and it sits in the middle of our living space, menacingly. Its a pain in the butt to disassemble and reassemble, it was expensive, it takes up SO much space, and hardly gets used. These bands? Totally worth the little bit that you’ll spend. Don’t worry about ugly equipment taking up any space. AND you can take them with you to your desk at work, to the gym, the beach, on vacation, or wherever you want to workout!I also like how I was able to workout in my room quietly without disturbing anyone! I don’t think there is a better product you could get for home exercise.
