Better than the sum of its parts. No need to “reinvent the wheel here” literally. Some ab wheels nowadays look like Mars Rovers and it’s just not necessary. This one is simple, well put together and if anything a little TOO sturdy. And of course who can resist more stuff thrown in? Even if that stuff isn’t exactly the best quality.The wheel: 4 piece nice sturdy wheel. The cross bar is metal Which is a nice bonus, the handles provide a tough, ergonomic grip and the wheel itself is wide and stable yet still able to roll out at angles to attack those other abdominal areas. As already mentioned it is VERY stable so that could be a good or bad thing depending on what you’re looking for in a core exercise.The bands: standard fare but by far the best “additional parts” once you get a system down with a bit of experimenting they really add to the experience. Easy on, easy off, not sure how long they will last but the cloth covers are a nice touch.The Push Up handles: Again what you would expect, 3 piece design that seems to copy the mold of the orange and grey Nike ones but made with a far cheaper plastic. I’m 5’11 210 and if my form isn’t perfect they make me a little nervous. Wouldn’t rule out a wild set resulting in one breaking somewhere causing a nice ground kiss. Still if you keep it smooth and controlled they should hold up.The Knee Pad: A throwaway for me. The pad fits one of my knees with plenty of room but 2? Not sure who it was modeled for.. its also so thin you’re better off just getting a decent padded mat for your ground work. Kind of disappointing as the wheel and the kneeled are generally what you’re after with a product like this. But that said you get ok push-up handles and good bands with it so all together I’d say it’s a good purchase for under $30.

Good deal for your money. This set is certainly not the most expensive set, so if you just need something to do push ups and ab rolls then manager your expectations and order something that matches your wallet’s price.The set is not the toughest or best plastic molded items that I could see a set like this being, but it does the job.I work out about 3-4 times per week and got really tired of not having push up bars, so I went looking for a set and found this to be the best reviewed for a reasonable price.The pads on the push bars are thinner then I would like, as your hands definitely feel the pressure after awhile, but they do the job.The ab roller is easy to assemble and it does work, but it is a little flimsy feeling at fist, but again IT DOES THE JOB.The pad is the only thing I would say was disappointing as it is only about 10″ wide and about 0.5″ thick so there is not much worth do it. You could fold a towel over and get better comfort under your knees. Again… manage those expectations.It also comes with a resistance band, which is a little “wonky” to figure out at first, but overall the set is package nicely and comes with basically everything you need to get a great ab and arm workout and it doesn’t cost $100, so I all on board with this for a true 4 star review

Resistance bands handles don’t make sense. The resistance band handles are uneven… Not very resistant honestly… One side the opening is so small there is no way I could fit a foot or hand through like showed in the photo of the gentleman doing bicep curls. I’ve since cut the threading that closes the handle into a tiny hole so now my feet fit in it. Other than that so far the product looks fine. I received everything now I’m going to begin using it. I’m a little concerned after seeing one photo from reviews with a broken push up bar handle I weight a little under 215 so hopefully they hold me up. This review could’ve been a 3 but I decided to be nice. If I have any problems I’ll return to update.

Nice at home exercise kit. This is my first time using an ab roller. The instructions are great but wished the visuals were better for using the roller.The push up bars are very sturdy.
