  1. WOW!! What an unexpected workout. Updated after 10 days of use: I have been using this product for 10 days, 15 minutes a day, pulsing for 30 seconds every 3 minutes otherwise using a full range of motion. After 4 days I felt confident to start using 1 resistance band during my 15 minute workout. I was able to burn 100 calories in a 15 minute workout. I lost 2 inches on my hips ONLY adjusting my workout routine by using this product. Day 1: black pants. Day 10: gray pants. Noticeable tightening and toning. No weight loss.Day 1 of use: First of all, I bought this machine used on here with a major imperfection for $42. I figured it was worth a shot after looking at the dB method and realizing that it was out of my budget. Honestly, I liked this one more because this one also works the upper body. The imperfection on my machine was a missing bolt that allowed the seat to communicate with the handle bars—I just found a bolt wah-lah! And the monitor came completely smashed. I wasn’t planning to use that anyway since I look at my Nokia fit screen for my calories and heart rate ( I have a heavy duty stand that attaches to any of my workout equipment to display it). Anyway, the machine provides a superb workout. I already have larger thighs but need some toning in my glutes so I was worried that this machine would over work my thighs, and was looking for a machine that isolated my glutes. What I can say is that with this machine, you feel no burn in your calves, but you feel an intense burn in your lower mid back/butt, and latts. I never thought I would own a piece of cardio equipment that worked out the lower back so efficiently. I would NOT rely on this machine to tone your upper back and arms. You are going to need a rowing machine for that. BUT WOW, this machine is so worth it because it does isolate the glutes, and an unbelievable lower back workout that is way more fun than Superman’s. I have a resting heart rate of 48 and I did this machine for 10 minutes and my heart rate was a steady 130 the entire time with no added resistance bands. It’s not a great cardio exercise, but it’s awesome that it is isolating key muscle groups that are really hard to isolate on any other machine. ONE THING TO NOTE. On the DB website it shows you can isolate your triceps by working out with the seat, you can also do that with this seat as long as you put 2-3 resistance bands on the seat. You cannot work your abs with this seat because it’s not piston driven—it’s driven by your own body weight with resistance bands. Hope this helps you guys. If you are considering this machine even for a moment, it’s seriously worth it. Best Buy I’ve had in awhile.

  2. Helps me to exercise. Putting this together…well it’s easy if you’re mechanically inclined, probably have it together within 10 minutes; unless you’re like me when staring at the diagram and putting 2 and 2 together turns it into much longer. Regardless, you shouldn’t need expert set up.Why I bought this? My hips, butt and thighs have taken over and spread like a virus. Doing squats on my own hurt my knees and the popping was awful. I’m sure my form was horrid, so before I totally messed my knees up I stopped. I have a treadmill but my feet hurt after walking. I’m a mess and needed something to intervene and strengthen muscles. So I am the furthest thing from being fit.Day 1: I used it without bands, lasted just under 5 minutes before I was feeling it. No clue how many I did as the counter isn’t reliable…it counts as you move or jostle it and then I noticed it skip by 2’s periodically. So I ignore the counter. Then later on in the day I decided to use it again, stupid me put 1 band on out of curiosity, about killed myself…remember not physically fit girl here.Day 2: Well my knees and feet don’t hurt at all. The top of my thighs, however, are mad at me. Just sitting in the chair/getting back up again is extremely uncomfortable. Using the bathroom…was my toilet always that low? I decided to take the day off and not push my luck and fully cripple myself.Day 3: Well, the top of my thighs still hurt. It’s like my body enjoys being a potato, but my mind and my clothes do not. Nevertheless, I did get on it and do some.Day 4: Little discomfort, back on I go. I did notice I have a bruise on my bum…odd, but okay. It doesn’t hurt and I can’t remember if I bumped into something or what so not overly concerned. Anyway, this is the last daily update until day 30, otherwise this would be even more redundant.Fast forward…from day 5 on I had attached one band and didn’t have any debilitating issues from it like when I first began and started using 2 bands after almost a month.I found that for me leaving it sit in the middle of the floor and periodically getting on it, doing 20 at a time, worked best since after 20 I’d go do chores or whatever, come back, etc. I do over 100 accumulative squats in one day with this method. I did not use this 7 days a week, instead anywhere from 4-5 days a week depending on what was going on. I find this machine has really helped me be able to exercise and that’s what I was looking for. I wish I had taken tape measurements on day 1 to compare, but I didn’t. All I do know is clothes are fitting looser and I don’t feel like I’m going to split my pants when I go to sit down lol.I did create a side-by-side picture of my rear one month apart. It wasn’t spectacular to begin with and still needs quite a bit of work, but doesn’t look quite as “wide”, so there’s that. I really debated doing this, but one gal did and that actually helped me to decide, but she started out smallish (compared to me) so I decided to exploit myself to try and maybe help others with a visual. This won’t give magical results overnight, but at least I’m headed in the right direction.

  3. Great Machine. I really needed something in the house during the pandemic so I finally decided to buy this. I don’t expect miracles with this machine and I am going to be down right honest in my review. *It came in the mail and we took maybe 25 minutes to put together. There was nothing missing and the machine was delivered in good shape. *I’ve only had it for a week now. I have used it in the morning after breakfast for 10-12 minutes tops and sometimes after dinner for another 10 minutes. I put on my headphones and go to the beat of good enjoyable music that has a good beat to it. I do the workout slowly making sure i have good form and feeling it where i should. I do pulses and normal squatting moves and at times I straighten up a bit and squeeze my butt. *This is a really good machine. I feel it mostly in my quads, maybe a bit in the glute when i squeeze, and the pulsing helps. For me it’s good enough. On the weekends i go to the gym (mine is open and not too many people) and i do legs on Saturday and other cardio stuff (elliptical or stairs climbing or the bike) This machine is just an addition during the week when i can’t get to the gym and i need some leg movement from sitting all the time, it’s perfect for that good motion and developing shape in the quad. This is good on the knees and hips if you stay at a good pace and have good form. I use only one resistance band. 5 minutes is not that great, but 10 minutes or 15 if you can do it is enough to get something out of it. I have a timer on my cell phone so i use that not the timer that it comes with…but it does count how many times you go up and down. I really am so glad i bought this machine, slow and steady wins the race on this one. I wouldn’t rely on this machine to work miracles for the lower body, building glutes and all, but what helps is incorporating other things like other types of exercise and eating a healthy diet. So many people complain on their reviews about the product coming and breaking or missing parts or not helping at all. Don’t let that make you not want to get this machine. It’s good for something and worth the price. Everyone has a different experience and a different body. Hope this review helps.

Impressive. No way is this any good being near replica of an entire fitness machine like you’d find in a gym for UNDER $300, right?! I am blown away at how much I love this & it has lived up to much better than expectations. If you are anything like me, you have these ambitions & bursts of motivation- but usually when you’re scrolling through your device. The thought is fantastic & you promise yourself it’s a justified purchase- you “WILL be making resolutions & would feel more inclined if you had this in your routine!” right? For the first time in my overly optimistic but constantly failing fitness agenda- this thing actually freaking WORKS! Really. It’s not a glorified clothing rack, jungle gym for my cat or mimicking the antiques in the corner. I am not only using it, but enjoying it & actually appreciate it being somewhat of a roommate. The instructions are a love/hate relationship. Insanely detailed to the point they’re downright confusing & you have to read the pages multiples times while wondering “can I just hire someone to do this?!” on the brink of throwing a tantrum (but realizing only your cat is going to hear it & probably wants you to fail). By the time you want to question why assembling is more of a workout than the actual promise of the machine- BAM! You realize those extremely detailed diagram pictures with numbers that align to the instructions actually make sense. While it seems complicated, it’s actually pretty elementary & you feel like finding your old school teachers on Facebook to show off your common core skills combined w/ a hint of physics, basic sense & English. To put it simple: be patient with the instructions. It’s easier than it seems.Performance wise- spot on. It took a minute to get the hang of the adjusting elements- but there are adequate settings & it’s quite versatile! It fits just about any height or length for the average person. The resistance is great, also adjusted to your preference. Adjusting anything takes seconds. And, the “ride” is very smooth. No squeaks or creaks, down to the stability being extremely sturdy. The seat cushion is comfortable enough, better than a standard bicycle but I think one of those gel cushions would be a lush touch! Some of us rely on our peach for that lengthy rest & recoup after a single maneuver aspect. And with that being said, you’ll want to use some comfortable fitness shoes with the pedals. They’re of decent size & w/ traction. But you aren’t gonna want to be trying it barefoot or anything aside from fitness shoes. If I can manage to swap slippers for sneakers- so can you! I believe in you!!The electronic device to track your stats is basic. It is actually nicer than expected for taking 1 AA battery- more data tracking than I’d thought & it is accurate to the point it aligned with my Apple fitness tracking up to 93%! Winning! I can start and stop when I want without having to press a million buttons. Better yet- you don’t have 30K options & programs to review or choose from! It doesn’t ask for your entire health chart or prompt between 50 workout scenarios. You press the button & go like you are the awkward kid at the middle school dance as “Push It” by Salt-N-Pepa play. This gem gives you a run for your saved money on not donating to the actual gym you never visit. Instead, you are watching YouTube videos or Prime in the comfort of your own room while burning, toning & conquering. It’s slim design doesn’t take up much space plus the lightweight aspect- easy to move or store. For those that want it out of sight/out of mind that’s a dream come true! I chose to keep mine directly in the walking path to the couch- I have high hopes to change habits. So far I have not pushed it out of the way because I really AM enjoying it!To sum it up: this is a steal for the price! The quality is good, the functionality is more than anticipated, experience better than expected & I’m actually using the first piece of fitness equipment I’ve ever bought without shoving it into a corner! And, the customer service seems legit. An excerpt on the front page of instruction direct on how to contact them for anything you may need.

  7. Good so far with a couple of caveats. I’m a person who typically exercises regularly: Hiking, cycling, weight lifting — but an illness followed by a major orthopedic injury has had me in healing mode for over a year and as a result, I’m seriously de-conditioned. I ordered this little machine to help me ease back into a fitness routine and so far, it seems to be just the right piece of equipment. Please note that you will need a ratchet/socket set to assemble and you will need to purchase an equipment mat if this machine will be placed on a hard floor to prevent “walking” during use. Also, the instructions look more complicated than is necessary. I recommend searching for “Row-N-Ride Assembly” on YouTube. The machine comes about 90% assembled; if not for the quality-control problem that I ran into (see below), I would’ve had this thing put together in about 15 minutes. The good: Inexpensive, lightweight, easy to maneuver, REALLY targets quads and glutesThe burn is real. I had to start off with a very light workout because my legs were screaming after a few minutes. The bad:The major issue is one that I didn’t see discussed in the few reviews I read prior to purchase. Made-in-China quality control, such as it is, is evident here. As mentioned above, this machine comes almost fully assembled. The only components that the user must attach are the feet, the pedals, the handlebar, the seat, and the digital display. With the video instructions, assembly goes very quickly. However, mine came pre-assembled incorrectly. The entire central assembly was bolted in backward and upside-down, so I ended up having to take the entire thing apart and reverse/flip the central component that has the pedals and handlebar at opposite ends. That added another 30 minutes or so to the assembly time.I”ll add that the light mass means that this machine also feels a little flimsy, so it remains to be seen how well it will hold up over time with regular use, which I anticipate. I’ll be glad to update my review with any new observations. If I end up liking this one, I’ll probably step up to the upgraded version down the road. Still, for the price, I’m overall satisfied so far.

  8. Took me a minute (hour) to tap into my mechanical mind to put it together but wasn’t the worse thing I’ve ever put together. As for the machine itself, it seems sturdy. I’m a 5’6” and with so many seat and handle adjustments available, I can see if being good for anyone.I love the resistance bands and although I only got it today, I can tell it’s gonna be a fun machine. And it’s fairly easy to operate.I’ve subscribed to the “Sunny” workout channel which has lots of work out videos for this machine. Some full body and some targeted.Best part is it doesn’t take up a lot of room and it’s easy to storeGreat bam for your buck. Highly recommend

  9. Awason Product

  11. Beautiful. It was easy to assemble & such a great way to workout in the comfort of your own home without having to go to the gym. I like that you can fold it up to save space & that it’s pink! You can pick pther colors of course but I could not be happier with my purchase! Go get you one ! Best thigh & glute machine for a great price !

  12. I’ve used this 4 times and so far I like it. I had a failed shoulder surgery and have a torn hip labrum. My elliptical was taking too much of a toll on these joints. I have a Sunny treadmill too but my hip just isn’t doing well with walking for 1/2 hour. I also need bilateral knee replacements and my meniscus keeps catching /getting reinsured. I need to strengthen the muscles around my knees. My exercise bike was too hard on my butt bones. Getting old is a bitch and I need a way to stop the slide into weight gain and get some exercise so I figured for $100 what do I have to lose? This machine arrived in a box I could lift easily. There were a couple big holes in the box but thankfully all the parts were still there. The diagrams in the instruction manual were difficult to read (I’m only 52 but falling apart!) so I found a Youtube video. Some of the pieces have been updated but for the most part the video was more helpful than the instruction manual. It didn’t take long to put together at all and it wasn’t difficult.Having the seat position, handle position, and the adjustment for how far down the seat can go are important for comfort and safety (if you go down too far on the seat you might get stuck on the machine). If the seat is too far forward for your leg length you will hurt your knees. Keep your knees from going past the front of your toes when you bend them.I found a 10 minute beginner’s video on Youtube and I disconnected 1 of the 3 resistance bands to start. I am somewhat out of shape since my last 2 surgeries but could not believe how hard I was breathing 5 minutes into the workout. People who are saying this does nothing for your abs or upper body are incorrect. If you concentrate on form as highlighted in the video and squeezing your shoulder blades together/pulling in your stomach as instructed, you will be sore in the abs and shoulders in addition to your lower body. The most painful thing for me surprisingly was my feet. They were burning from the pressure of pushing the pedals. My knees do get a bit uncomfortable during the workout at times and I use care with their position, keeping my toes pointed straight forward, and adjust how far I am squatting when that happens. I do feel that I have strengthened them already – they were quite swollen after the first two workouts and painful but now they seem better even walking around the house.I have gained weight since using this machine but I also see less cellulite in my upper legs and my calves are bigger. I even had cellulite for the first time in my upper arms recently and it is reduced! In just 4 workouts for 10 minutes each. I am going to go up to 4 days a week for 2 weeks before I put the 3rd resistance band on. My hip does not feel any worse than it did and I think my shoulder is feeling more stable now. I really hope I continue to strengthen and progress on this machine. I will update in another month or so.

I really hope I continue to strengthen and progress on this machine. I will update in another month or so.

  14. Tal cual lo que se anunciaFácil de armar y de almacenar por qué se pliega

  15. Love it. If my dad would have put it together it would have probably been done in like 10 minutes but it took me about 40 I realized it was easier for me to just look at the picture of the bike and put it together the instructions stressed me out but it was fast and easy once I got going. Seems sturdy!

  16. I can see the change. First of all, I bought a used machine. It cost me about 80 dollars. Then the USPS was responsible for delivery,I don’t know why. I didn’t receive it on the day until 6 days later. Almost a week because I think there was a new carrier. I usually get my package dropped off at the front door while all this year im always present at home. They marked it as nowhere secure to leave a package. Once I finally got it, it was a beat-up box with a couple of holes like a first could fit in there. There were about 9 pieces that were missing. Bolts and nuts, mostly. There were pages from the instruction book all torn up, crushed with tape as if someone was returning it disappointed. I highly suggest you get it brand new. Luckily I was still able to test it without both standing (to avoid falling to the side). I loved it. I’m 28 and 5’2. I barely do cardio and I do lots of lifting weights. I only used one resistance band. After 10 minutes, im sweating. I thought this was going to be too easy to use and was meant for elders. The only con was the seat, it was uncomfortable, or perhaps I didn’t have enough cushion on my bottoms.

  17. Love it. Love it. It’s worth it

  18. Ermosa. Esta ermosa esta maquina

  19. Es fácil de armar y no ocupa mucho espacio, es muy bueno para el precio tiene tres niveles de resistencia dependiendo el que quieras hacer de fácil a difícil, me gustó mucho

  20. So worth the money. This was a great addition to my home gym! The price is great. It was very easy to put together and folds for easy storage. You can get an excellent cardio workout and this machine really targets and strengthens your lower body. Quads, gluten and hamstrings. It’s perfect for me since I have an issue with one of my knees. I can use this and get the lower body workout I want and it doesn’t bother my knee.

  21. I enjoy this upright rowing machine. Assembly was easy enough for me to do by myself in less than 30 minutes. The item feels sturdy. I like that it folds up to take up less space when not in use. You can adjust the tension level for a more effective work out. Very simple to use. If you are a beginner you can leave the tension strap hooked under the seat for no added tension and it still gives a work out. I like that it works multiple areas of the body at once. All in all I would recommend this machine.

  22. Love using this. This is actually enjoyable to use. I really like this, i was looking for something that gave motion that wasn’t uncomfortable or boring. Something that worked the main groups and made hard work seem easy. This is the thing that i was looking for. And it was affordable. I really like this machine. Its fun to use and its easy to adjust the difficulty. And you can make it pretty difficult. Put the seat all the way down and attach the resistance bands and it will challenge you. Adjust the other way and remove the bands and its comfortable and more cardio oriented. I like this much more than an elliptical or a rowing machine. Great little machine. Sturdy and quiet. Wont be a coat rack if you have any type of motivation at all. This is worth the price and the time.

Great value! Great workout. I rarely submit reviews, but after nearly 4 years of great service from this rower, I felt obligated to leave one. I got this machine in 2020 during Covid shut downs when my legs were cramping up being on zoom for many hours a day. I get on for about 8 minutes every morning on full resistance. It took me about a year to work up to that and it was part of the last half of losing 90 pounds and trying to do enough strength training to not lose muscle. For the record, I am now 61 years old (female) and am fitter than I have ever been and am maintaining a healthy weight and am still getting stronger. I also do gym workouts and play pickleball, but this machine has been my every morning machine and it is versatile. It gives a good leg workout (glutes, quads) and if you vary your pulling focus, you can also get good arm (biceps, triceps) and back muscles and I also learned to include ankle pumps in the rowing motion to alleviate a drop foot problem I had. I also had my knees both replaced 8 months ago, and now I have been using the machine to work on knee flexibility and strength. It also does not take up much room and has been working perfectly for 4 years and going strong! I recommend just getting on when you get out of bed and do 5-10 minutes before you shower. Easy to do, not too sweaty and a great way to get your body moving in the morning.

  24. Very good. This is a very good exercise. It’s simple. It’s low impact the machine it’s small but very well-made occupies just enough space for it. It’s not huge. I like your role. I have only two complaints. The seat is extremely hard extremely hard. They could do something about that and also this one particular did not bring, the strings in the front to work your arms like most of the other models and that is a very good machine

  25. Great way to exercise. I have bad knees and hips, so squats are hard to do. This makes doing them so much easier! You can adjust the resistance easily, the movement is smooth, and the seat is comfortable enough that it doesn’t hurt your butt like some exercise bikes can. A little hard to put together, but very sturdy. So glad I bought this!

  26. You get a great workout. I love this exerciser. It really gives you a good workout. You can adjust the bands to your level of fitness. The exerciser does not take up alot of space and it is extremely quiet. This exerciser will provide you with an outstanding, low impact, muscle and cardiovascular workout. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.Attached you will see a picture of the exerciser and a picture of the tool provided for the assembly. (Which is the Only tool you will need). 28. Procrastinating is over. When I initially looked at the assembly instructions ( diagram of EVERY PART) I felt overwhelmed, but then after reading several times I took it out of the box and realized that there 10 bolts ( and/ or pieces) that needed to be taken “off” for assembly. Quick and easy in 15 minutes. My only frustration was that I didn’t realize in order to put in the one bolt on the seat (bar) that attaches at the “curve” — is that in order to line it up – the foot petal bar has to be moved back and forth 🤣🤣USER ERROR!I had a double hip replacement and have been “wanting” to go to a gym to get stronger but I lack the self confidence to do so .After only having this for 5 days I’m already feeling STRONGER and less stressed out. It sits off to the side in my small apartment, and is only 20 pounds and EASY to move. I NOW have a very handy workout that I’ve been using 3x a day instead of just doing “nothing” while watching TV and “wanting” to get into better shape. It’s SO EASY if you aren’t looking for all the extras .. and just need something to GET MOVING! And the price is well worth it for how sturdy/light/ easy and well constructed! And the online app with video motivation instructors is just an added bonus! If you are like myself and insecure about going to the gym… This is a fantastic starter!

  29. Impressive. Easy to put together, it comes with all the hardware and tools needed. It took about 30 mins and the instructions were very clear. This item fits into a small space. I have it between the sofa and a wall, if you have a small apartment, this is the perfect workout item. Some reviews say its not enough resistance for a good workout, but I find it to be exactly what I needed. Im in my 50’s and didn’t want a hard core workout. I just need an easy repetition workout that keeps me limber and fit. Im 5’9” and its perfect for my reach and leg length. I have it set to the middle length, someone taller can easily use this. Im 180lbs, Im not sure if it would last long with a heavy set person over 200lbs. It isn’t the toughest piece of equipment I have used.I think its great value for money. It comes with a QR code for workout info and to use all the benefits of this item.

  30. InMyOpinion. The machine was inexpensive. I wanted something that is compact, gave me a good workout and in a short amount of time. For my safety I placed it on a rug to secure the weight and to avoid moving, when I change my levels or range of movements during use. There is at least 3 elastic wires to increase the strength of the workout attached to the back below the seat. Adjust the seat and handle bars to your height and comfort level. It was easy to put together and easy to make changes. I am satisfied with the quality. I like that it’s not squeaky or noisy. So I can use it anytime in my bedroom and not be afraid to disturb someone.
