Terrific workout for 55+. I just turned 56 a month ago and knew that I had to change my lifestyle to stay healthy. I was out of shape, a little soft and needed to change. I also realized if I did to much to quickly I would probably not stick with it so I gradually introduced new things into my routine. I started several months ago by modifying my diet and when I got used to that, then I introduced getting up early and walking a few miles every morning. Lastly, I’ve heard about resistance bands and thought I would try them out. Previously, I had only ever used free weights, machines or cardio but I have a friend who was a professional body builder and he said the bands are great, so I started my search.I read reviews and decided on the CRecreda brand based on the quality and value. When I received the bands, I was still skeptical about the results…I mean really how can they make a difference? After a few weeks of use, I can confidently tell you that I love them. I am very happy with the quality, ease of use and results of my recent purchase. I watched some YouTube videos and was shocked at the versatility and I can feel and see the difference from the first workout. When you get your set just search “resistance bands workout” on YouTube. I am confident that I will stick with it because it is a great balance of versatility to keep it fun and results that help me feel a little better everyday. I’ve lost 13 lbs, several inches and feel like I’m 35. As we get older, it is harder to start working out but please do so for yourself and your family.I can see that if you are young or old these bands can help you ease back into a workout and stay in shape to improve your quality of life and live longer. Good Addition for Dumbbells or Kettles. These are really great! They do feel flimsy at first glance but to be fair, I’ve never used anything like them before. My fiance said they are very similar to the ones he used in high school but they are very durable! The additions they have like the ankle straps and door stop is great as well! The instruction sheet with the fitness exercise examples is a great place to start but some of them required a ball which I don’t have but I was able to adapt it or find other workouts online. The carrying case is very convenient to keep everything together. The strengths offer a great range for working out different muscles and you can connect multiple together but the clip does seem a little cramped.All in all, very good purchase to do some workouts at home that are different than you can get with just dumbells and kettles. Would Recommend to anyone looking to supplement their at home workout routine.
Pretty good exercise bands. Couldn’t believe that all that stuff was packed in such a little box. Got it all out and everything was in perfect condition. Started on a plan to get back in shape after back surgery. Only complaint I have is the small carabiners that came with the exercise bands. CHEAP. REALLY CHEAP. Several of them wouldn’t close up. Others were hard to open. Upon looking closely at them the end where the spring is attached is bent in and won’t allow it to close or open. Going to order some square ones and that should get fix the issue. Would I buy again? Maybe.

They’re ok. The caribeaners are weak. Easy to replace them. Other than that they work good.
Works great for a light workout if you can’t make it to the gym. This works great for a quick light workout. Can easily pack and take it with you on travel. I was pleasantly surprised with this. I’ve bought others and this one seems to hold up better and the rubber doesn’t breakdown and get sticky like the others did.
Almost two years and they’re still great. I’ve been using these for almost two years and I have had zero breakages; I love them. Just to preserve my door I throw the deadbolt when I’m using them, and I use them on a more sturdy exterior door. I feel like I got tremendous value for 30 bucks. These are my favorite daily stretching utensils, and give me a nice workout when I want the muscle to burn.
For the money it’s well worth it. So far so good 👍. Very good starter set. Great for light to medium workouts.
Great Item! Months of Use, Months of endurance. Cant be more satisfied with this few-bucks-home gym. I bought it because I haven’t had time to go to the gym, and surprise! the gym came to me. Fair Price, Reliable Prodcut. I’m a coach and I bought the set to help out with some of the non conventional work we do. Really easy to get creative with workouts with the amount of stuff that came with it. Everything is pretty durable and for how much stuff that came in the pack I feel like it was a really good. Material feels good and I hope this last me a few years.
Wife loves ’em. Got this set for my wife (who asked for a set) and she loves ’em. She enjoys using them as the set included closed bands as well as tension cords. Seem well made.
