Good tool. I enjoy having this set as part of my Pilates routine. It was very easy to assemble and works great. You can look up exercises to target each part of your body with just this one tool. It is a little bulky to store and I would like to be able to more easily adjust the straps to create more tension.
First time user. I just wished it had a way to adjust the length
Easy to use. Really easy to use and put together. The resistance is light so, if you are not looking for much of a resistance this is the set for you. If you are wanting a strong resistance, this is not for you.
great for begginers looking to do pilates. i have been using this bar a little over a month now. i absouletly love it. i enojy the work outs and find that they are very effective.
Love this. Such a great set to have for home workouts. You can customize the weight/resistance amount. I also find that if I modify some things it works for so many more workouts without needing additional equipment.
You have to be tall enough. I bought this item because I kept seeing Instagram ads about products just like it or very similar. It was “worth a try” is what I kept thinking in my head. To be honest I’m not mad at this at all because it works exactly how it’s designed to. But the design would fit you best if you’re about 6 feet tall. For example, lifting the bar to do curls while your feet hold the straps won’t work so well if you’re 5’8 like me. I had to cross the straps and spread my legs wide just to come to a reasonable position where the line isn’t loos and the bar doesn’t go over my head easy. Will update with photos later!
So far so good. I’m enjoying using this so far. I’m 5’6 and the straps were not too long for me. You can double up the resistance bands which is great for getting a full body work out on and alternating the weights based on what you can handle.

Height is perfect. I’m 5’5” I received both 30 pound and 40 pound straps 30 pounds was a little light but when I put the 40 pound on I got a really good workout. I had no problem getting this above my head and I got a really good resistance. Everything came in my box. Great videos to follow on YouTube with this bar. I would like to know where I could get heavier bands when I’m ready.

Great product. Easy to put together, nice bag to store it in, and fun to use. It comes with some exercises to try. I’ve never used a Pilates bar before so it was intimidating. The instructions and exercises were clear. I pick this up and use it for ten minutes a day. It’s very convenient. So glad I bought it!
Good but short bands. The item comes together easily and nice, however, the bands seem extremely short. I’m a little under 5’6” and it feels as though they have no stretch and will break if I try to pull them too much, which is unfortunate.

Not made for short people. I have to only use the highest resistance band because I’m too short for the resistance to be anything. I like the comfort of the bar. It’s good for what it is

Great at home Pilates kit. This is a great little Pilates bar kit to use at home when the weather is bad or you simply just don’t want to go to the gym. I also bought a deck of cards with different bar exercises on it and it has greatly helped my at home workout routine. The only thing is that while including the bag to hold everything in was a nice touch, it is extremely fragile and the thing to close the bag broke the very first time I used it.
Perfect for working out at home. I’ve been wanting to do Pilates but can’t afford to go to classes, and this works great! I use this for muscle growth, to look more toned, for yoga, and to become more flexible. I love the high quality material of the bands and bar which have a great level of resistance and length.
