  2. Very solid machine, when it worked. ***5-MONTH OWNER UPDATE***I highly, highly advise you to not buy this item. Please read all the negative reviews and take them seriously, they all note that this thing isn’t durable and now I see that they were all correct. Do not buy this item unless you’re fine with replacing it a few times a year.I have owned this thing for about 5 months, and while I had positive things to say about it at first (which you can read in my original review below), I am extremely frustrated because its performance has totally and suddenly degraded, to the point where it is no longer really usable at all.I use(d) this belt twice a day for 4-5 days a week, making sure to wipe off sweat and charge it at least once a week. Everything was fine, until about a week ago. Suddenly the strength of the vibrations became significantly weaker. I was on the 6th mode at 15 strength for a while, and I grew very familiar with how it felt. Now the 15 strength feels like how 5 strength used to feel, and anything under 10 strength barely tickles. The plastic piece just lost all of its power seemingly overnight with no change in routine or anything. To be clear this isn’t related to my own growing tolerance or anything, the first 10 strength settings barely vibrate at all anymore, and it was not like this just a day earlier. What’s even more frustrating is that the company that sells this item does not respond back to messages. I had to contact Amazon to be able to message them in the first place, there’s no trace of them online and they don’t make their contact info readily available. Not even an email address or a Facebook page. And of course, after several days they still haven’t answered my message, I was trying to find out if this is covered by any kind of warranty. It was a $70 item, I’m genuinely so frustrated with all of this. The only reason I’m still giving this item two stars instead of one, is because I really did like it when it worked. It provided solid resistance to my abs and I grew to appreciate the routine of using it. But now it’s barely functional and the seller doesn’t bother to respond to messages. I don’t think $70 is a fair price for an item that will only last a few months, and I’m really disappointed with this overall.***ORIGINAL REVIEW***Okay so I’ve been using this thing for a few weeks now and so far I like it. Obviously this isn’t going to actually give you a six-pack but I have a noticed a very, VERY slight bit of tone in my abs – though I’m using this while also eating relatively healthy and exercising five days a week. This thing, on its own, will not produce significant results. But I like it as a supplement to my usual fitness routine, simply because I hate doing abdominal exercises and this does do a good job of mimicking the feel of crunches.I wear it twice a day, five days a week for 20 minutes each “session”. That’s exactly how much I can handle before the pain becomes genuinely difficult to bear. I’m currently on level 10, mainly using the sixth mode. There are six modes and each mode goes from level 1-15. I had to start at level 4 and have been working my way up every couple days. Even though I can handle level 10 on my preferred mode, I can’t handle level 10 on any of the others – so each mode definitely provides a different feel, which I like.So I can recommend this thing, as long as you keep your expectations in check and understand that it isn’t a miracle device. However I’m mostly writing this review because it has a couple of major problems that I want to address:First of all, not a huge deal, but I cannot get a read on the battery life for this thing. One time I had to charge it after a week of use, then after a day, then after a few days, despite my sessions all being the same length. When you charge it, it has a little red LED light, and when it’s fully charged that light disappears. I wish it could alert you when you have a low battery, maybe by flashing red a few times when you turn it on. That would be helpful. My main issue however, is the fact that this thing doesn’t have a kill switch. There are three buttons: the plus/minus buttons to increase or decrease your intensity level, and the M button to switch between modes. The difference between one level and the next feels massive. I was on level 8 for a few days, and thought I was ready to switch to 9. But I was wrong – level 9 immediately gave me a bad cramp that I couldn’t handle. But because there’s no kill switch, I had to rapidly click the minus button 10 times to turn the machine off, while wincing in pain the entire time. There needs to be an off button for this thing! It actually makes me a little anxious to increase beyond level 10. It was a massive cramp, like somebody kicked me in the side with all their strength. Genuinely cannot understand how they could overlook such an important feature like that. But that’s only enough to reduce my rating by a single star, because overall this thing is still very good. It fits comfortably, it provides a solid “workout”, it’s easy to clean/store, features a decent amount of options, etc. And most importantly, it does seem to provide *some* difference, as I haven’t changed my workout/diet while using this thing at all, yet I’ve observed a (very slight) change. And after only 3 weeks of use, I really can’t complain about that!EDIT: I’ve been using this thing consistently for a few months and it definitely feels durable. I also noticed that the battery is pretty good actually, I charge it once a week which seems fine so far. Not as inconsistent as I originally thought. In regards to the lack of a kill switch I’ve found a bit of a workaround: when you switch between any of the six modes, the intensity level automatically goes all the way down to level one. I’m on level 15 at this point (only with the one mode I consistently use), and I no longer develop cramps at any intensity level. But if you DO need to quickly turn the machine off, simply click the M button once, and then click the minus button once. It’s a bit clunky and I really do wish that it just had an actual off button, so I’m keeping this review at four stars. But it is at least better than what I was doing before (clicking the minus button rapidly to turn the machine off).Overall I’ve grown more positive about this machine over time, I definitely think it’s worth getting if you use it consistently. Also I forgot to mention this in my original review but it charges via micro-USB which sucks, for the price it really should be using USB-C.

  4. A Good Catalyst for Better Lifestyle Habits. So far, it’s been three weeks. So far, I like it!Setting expectations is important, and it’s important to note that by themselves, muscle stimulators don’t do much of anything for weight loss. However, they DO tend to improve the strength and tone of the muscles they target. Abs are notoriously difficult to work properly without risking back injury, so this serves as both a good workaround and a way to get one’s core to a point where it becomes easier to maintain proper form. While knocking out a set of crunches isn’t something I’ll ever remember to do on the daily, it’s incredibly easy to strap on a belt for 20 minutes while, say, checking emails and social media before work, or maybe while reading before bed, or while playing video games. And it’s gotten to a point where 2-3 times a day doesn’t feel at all unreasonable. As for drawbacks, the main one is finding the comfort level. The product comes with a little water spray bottle perfect for applying a light mist. If the skin contact is too dry, it’ll produce a hot burning sensation long before any muscles are stimulated. If it’s too damp, there’s a stinging sensation like being snapped with rubber bands or stabbed with needles. Find the ideal level, and there’s only a vibrating sensation and the pressure of muscle contraction. In my case, a light mist on clean skin seems to produce ideal contact; individuals can and do vary. Too many reviewers seem to be building up their pain tolerance more than muscle tone, and could easily be using higher settings if they stopped and took a moment to either apply a mist or wipe off excess water before starting over. If it’s hurting the skin, you’re probably doing it wrong. Admittedly however, this took a fair bit of trial and error to discover, and I’m glad there were other reviewers who pointed this out. However, once one discovers the ideal contact situation, the rest is smooth sailing. Comfortable, easy to use, and it complements just about any other exercise regimen one might have going on.While I’m curious about how comfortable and effective other ab stimulators might be right out of the box with no additional required learning curve, not having to change expensive contact pads on the regular has been a huge plus.

  6. Good if you have the right expectations. I am a personal trainer, and I will tell you if you want this as a magic bullet to lose weight/burn fat there is no such thing please don’t waste money buying bullets. However, if you are using this as a abs massager it is really nice. Massagers are great for building recovery from workouts to help build muscles. I have been using this a few times a week to help massage my abs after work outs and it really does help. Electric muscle stimulators are some of the best ways to help muscles recover. I ham a big guy with a lot of flesh and this can get down deep enough . Just remember it is not a substitute for a good work out, but can be a great addition to your recovery process.

Not made for fat people. The belt on this is TINY !!! If you are larger definitely do not recommend this as it won’t go around you, so wasting the money to get it isn’t worth the purchase. On a note where you do get it, suck it in real tight & get the belt on… it’s freaking intense! It almost zaps/shocks you the whole time, slightly painful, yes, the vibration is fine but it’s when it starts to shock that’s like “whoa” catches you off guard.

  8. . I mean it’s intense. But it doesn’t fit. I need to lose more belly or they can make a larger size.

  9. If you use it, they (abs) will come. Ha ha. So have been using this off an on for a month or so, and even with that infrequent use, I feel that I have received some benefit. I think that my abs are a little more pronounced but nothing like in the photos of the advertisement. So today I was pushed to write a review. I have been on level 7 for a while now (at least the last 10 sessions or so). I decided that I would move up to level 8. Man, after almost doubling over after 3 or 4 bursts, I immediately returned to level 7. So it definitely packs a punch the higher you go. Maybe after another 10 sessions on level 7 I will be ready to move up.So, if you’re looking for one of these, I would highly recommend this one. And it will work if you use it consistently and watch what you eat (which is always the case). But you have to use it consistently. It can’t just be another one of those pieces of exercise equipment that you use a couple of times and then store in the closet with all the other ones that you bought. Maybe I’ll take a picture today so that I can update this review in a few months.Note: I did read some reviews about the controller being cheaply made and sometimes it wears out prematurely if you are removing it to charge. This may be true and it may not be. Is it a heavy duty device? Not really. But if you use it with care and carefully remove and replace the controller when charging (or do as I do and DON’T remove it for charging), it will last a long time. I have not had any problems with the connection or battery life. I’ve probably used it for 20 15 minute sessions before I charged it the second time and even then it had not died. I just figured it was time to charge again.

  10. Muito bom, sentimos os músculos mais regidos.

  11. where it works the best. There are lots of reviews on the intensity of this Abs machine, I personally was able to use it at it’s highest level my abs are pretty strong, I can do a hundred setups if I want on a bench doing full setups not crunches, anyway with the belt as high as you can get it without bringing the electronic pads past my rib cage at the top it is most intense, Belt at center is not as intense, and belt as low as you can go at the bottom of the abs area is the least intense, I used mode three for abs workout set at the highest setting of +15, the machine shuts itself off after 15 minutes or so, It will open your eyes when the belt is at the highest body position and it gets to the part where it taps rapidly 6 or 8 times then stops for a few seconds then hits hard and draws steady for a while then rinses and repeats, If you get past that point you got the whole thing beat! I don’t know if I will get sore from my experience yet so tomorrow I may add to this review!

  12. Flattened my stomach in a few weeks. I cannot stress enough how much the Abs Stimulator has transformed my fitness journey. Within just a few weeks of incorporating it into my routine, I have witnessed remarkable results in toning and flattening my stomach. This innovative device is a game-changer for anyone looking to achieve their desired abdominal goals. It provides targeted stimulation to the core muscles, making every workout session more effective and efficient. Say goodbye to endless crunches and hello to a sculpted midsection with the incredible Abs Stimulator! In just a few weeks of using it, I have experienced amazing results. Not only has it helped me tone my stomach, but it has also helped flatten it significantly. The convenience of using this product at home is an added bonus. If you’re looking for a quick and effective way to achieve those dreamy abs, look no further than the Abs Stimulator. It’s truly a game-changer! But I won’t lie, this is nothing but a tool to add to your routine to help you achieve results faster, it’s not a quick fix. However it will help you achieve your goals even faster or even let you get by with skipping the gym sometimes. If you are looking for a quick fix, this isn’t for you. If you are looking to jump start your fitness journey with a bit more of a helping hand then it is for you. Even if you don’t go to the gym, I would suggest even wearing it on a walk to get results. Highly recommend.

  13. The ABS Stimulator Belt gives great results. This ABS Stimulator gives great results with ease of use. It feels comfortable on and very adjustable. The multiple settings are great for targeting specific a toning needs. The charge lasts for complete sessions and is easy to recharge. The pads are easy to clean. I enjoy wearing this while walking or doing my arm routine. I even wore it while doing my skincare! You can really feel your deeper muscles activating and over time I could even see some definition. Consistency is key! I highly recommend this product to anyone that wants another edge in helping keep their abdominal muscles strong in between workouts!

  14. Great for getting fit while cleaning. Really does work. Not only does it help stimulate your muscles, it has been helping make me regular as it stimulates your gut too. Very comfortable and easy to put on. Very strong. Still have not gotten higher than medium yet.

  15. Great Product and Customer Service. I have purchased this product multiple times for myself and my family. It is easy to use, very effective and the customer service is timely & very helpful. Control on one of my purchases stopped working few months into it and a new one was promptly shipped to me upon my inquiry about the fixes. Highly recommending this product and the seller!
