Quickly melts waterproof mascara. Just thrilled with this makeup remover. I wear waterproof mascara and previously had been using a remover 4x the cost of this product (I didn’t know better). With a minimum of gentle rubbing this quickly and thoroughly melted my eye makeup. I have sensitive, dry eyes and thus far this has not irritated my eyes. Delighted this popped up as an Amazon suggestion; I thought I’d try it and seriously, first time using it I knew I’d found my new go-to. I also appreciate the tub has a small circumference (and more height): my previous remover was ~2.5x the circumference but very shallow, so it took up a lot more room than this will. Sometimes it’s the little (size) and the big (cost difference) which matter! Plus it works very easily + efficiently. Recommend.

Lovely. Ive tried several face clensers but because my skin is so dry it made my skin worse. I bought and tried this and love it. It goes on your skin as an oil cleaner. But, once you add water it turns into a milky cleaner. It washes off easily and my skin feels so hydrated. Im impressed and highly recommemd this for dry skin!

Love Love Love this Stuff. I was skeptical buying this because its so cheap and I have really sensitive skin but this stuff is great!! I use it everyday to take off my makeup, it really gets everything off and leaves your skin moisturized. Not something I would use on its own because it’s oil based, I follow up with an acne wash and then moisturizer. I’ve noticed a difference in my skins plumpness since using and it doesn’t irritate my eyes at all.

AMAZING PRODUCT. I’ve been wanting to try this cleansing balm for a long time and finally ordered it last night ( it arrived by 8:30 am this morning!). I’m a woman of a certain age, wear waterproof makeup, and have dry skin so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m not easily impressed with facial products. I used just a little glob on my forefinger and it cleansed my entire face, removing every speck of makeup including transfer proof foundation, waterproof mascara, liner, and brow pencil along with brow glue, primer, glow drops, contour, blush, concealer, bronzer, eyeshadow, and highlighter. Every. Speck. Gone. In minutes and with one nickel-sized dab! A little goes a loooong way. It instantly melted away. I gently massaged it into my face for just a few minutes and my makeup completely dissolved. It feels rich, creamy, luxurious, and moisturizing but wiped off so gently and easily without leaving a greasy residue. My face felt incredibly soft and hydrated afterward. I used my normal cream cleanser after for a double cleanse and rinsed with warm water and my face feels so clean, baby soft, and incredibly hydrated. I only needed a very light moisturizer to finish it off and my face looks glowing and healthy which is pretty amazing for an over 50 face. This is the Holy Grail of makeup removal that behaves like skincare and I’ll never be without it again. This product is worth three times the price and out performs any other product I’ve ever used. It works well but caution with acne prone. This product really removed my eye makeup. The issue I had was I didn’t realize I was getting acne from this. So I had to stop using it.

This stuff is MAGIC. I want to start this off by saying I have annoyingly sensitive skin. Like, a single use of charcoal face wash made my entire face peel and get scaly for way too long. My face blistered when using a new (“gentle”) moisturizer. So she gets mad for no reason, all the time.I do however wear the longest-lasting eyeliner and the stickiest mascara in existence when I do convince myself to wear it, and it’s REALLY hard to get off. I used one of those makeup eraser towels, which are nice, but I would basically have to lay it over my eyes forever with steaming water to make my makeup budge. I’ve used other makeup removers that make my face feel like it’s burning (looking at you, Neutrogena), so I’ve been really hesitant to try new things.I took a risk on this stuff, and it totally paid off. It MELTS even the most stubborn makeup off. I just put it on my fingers, rub it in circles, and it just… comes right off. Depending on what I’m wearing, I sometimes have to wipe the dirty balm off of my face and repeat. I’ve never had to do that more than twice, though.It smells so good, it feels nice on the skin, and it doesn’t dry me out or… you know, give me face blisters. All these things are a plus. It does the job, it does it gently, and it does it easily. I always rinse/wash my face after I use it, so I’m not sure how it feels if you were to just wipe it off and leave remnants, but do you.e.l.f. thank you so much for not burning my face off. <3
