I like it. Buying a new brand of lipstick or new lipstick color online is taking a chance. I’ve spent a bunch of money only to find out that the lipstick is not what I thought. On a whim, and truthfully because they were so inexpensive, I saw this color and another color of this brand that I thought might look nice on me, and I ordered them. Together they were under $2.50. I wasn’t counting on anything much. But I have to say, the colors are fantastic on me and the lipstick itself is very nice. I particularly like this color. Not oily not dry – just right. In fact, I re-ordered 1 of each color immediately. Why? Because it never fails that when I like something – for example a particular color of lipstick or nail polish, the manufacturer – without fail, stops making it. And even if I could find it somewhere, the price for some reason would be much higher. So, since I don’t wear lipstick everyday, these should last me a long time. Excuse me, I think I’ll go apply a little In the Near Fucshia now.
A nicel ittle color. *****UPDATE 07/12/23***** I wore this last night, as far as the wearability, I did have to reapply it 4 times, and i didn’t eat anything but some popcorn and drank using a straw. I will say that when the color faded, it left a stain behind, so the appearance of color remained, it just wasn’t vibrant. It does wipe off fairly easily, I wiped my lips after eating the popcorn, and the color came off with it. I will still use it, I really like the color even though I will have to reapply it every so often.I got this today and tried it on real fast. I like the color of it, the texture isn’t heavy, that’s important to me. I don’t wear makeup as a rule, but I’m working again and needed a little something on my face and lips.It feels light not sticky or goopy. I can’t speak to it’s wearability yet, but I will update the review once I’ve worn it a while. I drink from a cup with a straw in it, and most other lip colors wear off in like 10 minutes…it all ends up on my straw tip!The color appears to be true to the picture. If it wears well, I will be back to order more just in case…..with my luck, they will stop making the color and I won’t be able to find it, so better safe than sorry!
Not Bad. The tube was sealed and came the day after ordering it with Prime. I do agree with another customer in their review that their lipstick was a bit crooked, so when they rolled it up or down, the lipstick would scrape against the side. Mine has come this way. For under $2.00, I don’t care. I’ll just keep it rolled down until I get another tube and make this my back-up, because it is that good.
Smudges. Nice color shade, looks glossy. The only downside is that it is not smudge free. Hence, doesn’t last long. But in this price, what is there to complain?

Great gothy color. I got this lipstick to wear to a ’90s party as part of my goth makeup look. It applied evenly and held up well while drinking from a glass. It does taste a little funny, kind of like Play Doh, but Wet N Wild lipstick has always kind of tasted weird. It’s almost comforting and definitely took me back to my teenage years. Great value for the money!
Beautiful color, Great lipstick. Beautiful color that is almost sheer, adding a smooth glistening and soft tint to your lips. I absolutely love this color for any season or outfit. It’s very natural in appearance. Mildly durable. I do touch up throughout the day. Glides on smoothly, moisturizing your lips. Great quality. Incredible value. Highly recommend.
Very creamy and smooth, glides on. I love how a lower priced brand looks amazing! Love the color, and seems to add lots of moisture to my lips. It is buildable as described Removing one star because I dislike the container, even lining up the clear lid until it fits perfect, it tends to come off easy in my make up bag, had to clean up a few times. But the product itself is beautiful, love this color!
Lovely. Love this, color is pretty and lasts all day. It’s moist not dry like some inexpensive products. Good Quality and blends well. The lipstick texture has a creamy satin finish that glides smoothly on the lips. The only thing I don’t like the waxy smell. Great lipstick for great price!

Wet n Wild makes such great cosmetics for such affordable prices. Wet and Wild makes such cheap cosmetics for such affordable prices. The Silk Finish Lipsticks that I buy are Hydrating Lip colors that moisturize your lips and stay on for hours. They don’t rub off easily nor do they get on your teeth. The color pallet to choose from is beautiful and each color no matter light or dark are all the same in what they achieve which is to give you a nice lip line with a pretty shine. I recommend these over the name brand lipsticks because why pay 10 times the amount and sometimes much more than Wet n Wild and receive the same thing.
Why it’s Worth a Dollar. The actual lipstick itself is fine. The texture, smell, longevity, moisture…all fine. It’s the case itself that makes it worth a dollar. It’s hard to close without scraping the actual lipstick, and it doesn’t stay closed which means you can’t throw it in your purse. It will open up and get everywhere. Trust me. I heated mine up and poured it into a little tin and apply it like a lip balm.
In The Near Fuchsia review. I was not expecting much, since this brand is so cheap. But, this has become my favorite lipstick, even over my more expensive brands! It feels so nice going on, not sticky like others. It goes on smooth, and it dries so it doesn’t smudge, and it lasts ALL DAY, I even worse it to bed and I could still tell I had lipstick on when I woke up, though it was faded but it was a nice color even by then.I ended up buying another, and also a matte version to try. Super excited for those to arrive. Highly recommend! I WAS SURPRISED!!The color was a nice red, but not too red. Big fan!
worth the buy. i got the mink brown, its maybe a tad lighter and just a tiny bit redder than the picture but both of those things arent by big margins so i still definitely suggest this is for darker skin. i wouldnt say it would be the best for the darkest black of skin at least in the sense of lightness but i will say it looks nice and deep on me. i have Korean skin which is a medium toned skin tone the feeling is like chapstick initially and over time it drys down a little more satiny matted. it rubs off easily but unless your eating a full course meal you shouldn’t worry too much about it going away. overall theres literally nothing to loose since this is a little more than a dollar so go ahead and get it! (it is very slightly buildable btw)

Cute and better than expected. I don’t wear makeup much but I’ve been wanting some lipstick. The price in unbeatable and I actually enjoy it! Really pretty color but makes my lips feel a bit dry. Easy to put on and comes with a decent amount.

These are really good. I bought a couple of these lipsticks some time ago and I was expecting nothing from them and they delivered a lot. These lipsticks are very pigmented and creamy. One application will last several hours. They are moisturizing and they look great on your lips. I wear them for work and I retouch probably a couple of times during the day wich is not bad at all…I mean I got all of these for less than $1 each…5 lipsticks for less than $5 👀 🤯 whaaat? I can’t believe the price …I have Loreal and Revlon lipsticks that fade faster than these and I paid around $10 for those. Get them! You are getting an amazing deal!
Recommend for cool tones. This lipstick was very cheap in price but I wanted to sample a nice red for me as I can’t seem to find that beautiful red I see women wearing. It’s pretty and moisturizing for the price but has blue undertones which doesn’t match my olive skin color! It’s fine because I can always use lipliner and other colors to mix with it. Highly recommended!
