  1. Total game changer. So, I’m late to the Olaplex party. I’ve used every other bonding product under the sun, but for whatever reason balked at Olaplex, even though it is not more expensive than some of the others (looking at you, Redken). But out of sheer desperation and unhappiness with the results of other products (again, Redken specifically, but also Pantene, Bold Uniq, etc.), I decided to give Olaplex a shot.Holy moly am I impressed!! For reference, my hair is very thin, finer than angel hair (if such a thing existed), and highly prone to breakage and damage. But I hate my natural color (makes me look washed out) and have been highlighting for decades. Then throw in a couple of years of having sew-in extensions that ripped out soooooo much of my real hair and did so much damage and I am now where I am with extremely fragile hair and not much of it. Side-bar – to all the boys and girls looking at getting extensions, get a halo!!!! They are THE best and the least damaging to your real hair. They seriously only take 1-2 minutes to put in. Do NOT get the semi-permanent kind. It will jack your hair from here to eternity. So in a last-ditch effort to heal my badly damaged hair, I bought Olaplex O, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 9 and OH MY GOD my hair looks and feels amazing!!! It’s soft and flowy and bouncy and shiny. I have NEVER been more impressed with a line of hair care products in my life.Of the six products that I bought, the only one I am unlikely to repurchase is the No. 0. I’m not finding that it makes much of a difference for me but the rest have completely turned my hair around. The shampoo is super moisturizing and feels so luxurious. And a little goes a very long way too. The bottle is going to last a while. I only need to use a fraction of what I did before with other shampoos. Same with the moisturizer. The bonding oil (No. 7) is also out of this world. I add a little to my damp hair after applying the No. 9 bond protector serum and my hair feels so soft and silky after blow drying and curling.I could go on, but it’s probably clear if you’ve read to this point that I am an Olaplex convert and beyond thrilled with the results of these products. If your hair is fragile, fried, and damaged seemingly beyond repair, it’s definitely worth giving this product line a shot. My only regret is that I waited so long!!!

  3. This stuff is a miracle. I rarely write reviews. But wow, this product (shampoo and conditioner) completely changed my hair. My hair was broken and fried and damaged and I was desperate to find something to heal it. I’ve tried a lot of products, and this is the only one that actually feels like it is repairing my hair. My hair is thicker, shinier, softer, and holds moisture again. It took until I was almost finished the first bottle of shampoo and conditioner to realize what a difference it had made. Buy a bottle of each and give it a chance to do its magic!

  4. Well worth the price. Picture on left is using GOOD semi expensive Shampoo and a Deep Conditioning Mask I bought at Sally’s beauty, on the right is after 2 uses of Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. These are both air dried hair and same brush used. My hair is less frizzy, so soft, but still has the same volume up top. My hair FEELS cleaner and sssooo much healthier. I was a skeptic, but it’s worth the price. Plus, a little goes a LONG way, I probably use about 60% less of this than my old stuff so I know it will last longer and the lather on this is NICE. 150% recommend!

  5. Awesome. I never pay this much for hair care. I have been bleaching my hair blond since I was 13. I’m in my 50’s now. My hair is so dry at this point, it started breaking off. On a side note, I bought a very expensive vacuum because of all my hair all over the house. It was seriously disgusting. So I said the heck with it I’m going to treat my self. I had to cut half inch off my ends because they were fried, but then I used the shampoo and conditioner. I have been using it for only a week and my hair is actually soft. I bought the other conditioner for treatment also and like others, I left it in on damp hair for an hour. Now after a month, my hair is soft and strong and when I brush there is only a couple strands on the brush. Before I ran my fingers through my hair and I had a hand full of hair. No more!!! BUY THIS, it works, it’s awesome, I’ll never go back to cheap shampoo again.

  6. Have used for many years now. I have used olaplex shampoo and conditioner as my only shampoo and conditioner for maybe 4 years now. Nothing compares. My hair is naturally dry, curly, frizzy and I get babylights 3 or 4 times a year. Despite naturally having very damage prone hair then damaging with bleach and lots of heat (in order to tame) when I do use heat, my hair is unbelievably healthy and it’s because of olaplex *only shampoo, conditioner and no. 9 serum (and k18 mask every so often). The bonding oil will stain blonde hair yellowy/orange and fry your hair before using heat! No. 3 is weak compared to k18, and the same price. The bond smooth no 6 does nothing. The no. 8 deep conditioner is lacking. I’ve tried all olaplex and only the shampoo, conditioner and no. 9 serum (I use it to “scrunch” my curly hair like mousse for weightless/ product free feeling soft curls) are worth it!!

  7. The best 😍. I’ve been on a quest to find the perfect shampoo for my damaged hair, and I can confidently say that Olaplex No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo is a game-changer.First off, the scent is divine – a fresh, clean fragrance that lingers subtly throughout the day. When it comes to performance, this shampoo truly delivers. After just a few uses, I noticed a significant improvement in the overall health and strength of my hair. It feels smoother, looks shinier, and breakage is noticeably reduced. What I appreciate most is that it’s sulfate-free, so it doesn’t strip my hair of its natural oils or color. Plus, a little goes a long way; you don’t need to use a ton of product to get a good lather. The only downside is the price, but for the quality and results, it’s worth the investment. I’ve tried countless products claiming to repair hair, but Olaplex No. 4 is the real deal. My hair has never looked or felt better, and I can’t imagine going back to anything else. Highly recommended for anyone with damaged or color-treated hair!

  8. LOVE. When I say little goes a long way, I’m talking very little. Rub it in hands and it foams in hair! Love this haircare line

  9. LOVE this brand. I use both the shampoo and cream rinse, and my hair feels moisturized and healthy after each wash. Wonderful product!!

  10. Love this product. If you haven’t tried Olaplex yet, you need to! My hair got so thin and brittle that I thought I might not have any in a couple years😬. Someone recommended Olaplex to me and it changed my hair life!

The best shampoo I have ever used. I absolutely love this shampoo and I’ve been using it going on three years now. I have used many of the all Plex products. I love the shampoo because it makes my hair feel super soft, very healthy, I have bleach blonde hair and it has done wonders for breakage and repair. I will continue to use this shampoo and it is very reasonable and a great price point. I also love how thick and consistency the shampoo is and a little goes a long way. I have long thick hair and I can use this product for about two months.

  13. Quality Hair Product. I’ve been an Olaplex user for years. The shampoo is gentle enough and does not dry out my hair. It’s very condensed, so a little bit goes a long way. A pea sized amount is enough for my mid length hair, and one bottle lasts me about 5 months shampooing every other day. I do like a lot of scent in my shampoo and conditioner, which this does not have, however less perfumes are probably better for my hair so I’m ok with that. I bought the shampoo and conditioner on a sale and signed up for autoshipping every few months to lock in a great price!

  14. You won’t go back. This shampoo is amazing!! It’s super thick and luxurious to use. A little bit goes a long way and it feels like a lovely, hydrating, conditioning mask.I can feel it healing my years of box die damage lol.Mine got thrown away during a move accidentally and i was so upset & missed it very much. Will be ordering again!

  15. OBSESSED. After a long time of hearing about this product, I finally gave in during the Prime Days of sale. Wow! Just wow! My hair which is very thin and not as much of it, looks lush after this shampoo! It feels soft but with substance. It takes just a dime size of the product to get a ton of lather, so this small bottle will last a long time! The conditioner is light, it glides effortlessly on my highlighted hair. I am a huge fan, instantly! it could smell nicer, but who cares when it works so well!!!
