Absolutely love this product. I absolutely love this product! It is very easy to use and small enough to just keep it on your countertop. You can use it to close your chip bags and not have to use clips. It’s great for meat no freezer burn anymore. Very cost-effective, you can buy the bags at a very low cost. Highly recommend this product.
Easy to use and looks great in my kitchen. This device works really well to keep food fresher longer. I used it to seal bacon that i was able to freeze and it has helped with food waste. The heat seal process happens pretty quick. It also comes with an attachment to seal jars as well. Highly recommend.
Easy Use. This machine is easy to handle and does a wonderful job. After we barbecue and have left over meats, I just go ahead and put it in a bag and seal it and put it in the freezer until I want to serve it.I can only recommend this sealer. Good price and excellent outcome!Love it!
Practicality. This is an excellent tool to have around the kitchen. From freezing Strawberries in vacuum pack to keeping freezer bites off your meat products, to pre packing Smoothie packs, to be ready at anytime. I just keep on finding new and innovated ways to use my sealer. Highly recommend.
Not bulky. This is a nice unit for the price. It has a low profile with strong suction. I had it for 2 weeks now and so far I’ve been very happy.
This thing really sucks! (In a good way). I’ve only owned this vacuum sealer for a few months, but so far I love it. Comes at a great price point, and creates a really tight seal. Even with foods that have a lot of juices in it, this sealer gets the job done. Plus this sealer is totally automatic–all I need to do is feed the end of the bag into the sealer, press a button, and the sealer clamps down on the bag and does the rest on its own. I included a couple of photos to show the before and after in sealing up a couple of steaks.Clean up simply requires lifting the latch on the top of the unit, and then detaching the silver part of the unit from the rest of the unit. Then just clean both parts with a paper towel or sponge and you are done.I LOVE the amount of suction this unit produces. There is much more definition of the vacuum seal bag around the meat than I used to have with my previous vacuum sealer that I got from Costco, which indicates to me a much higher suction and better seal than I used to get with my old vacuum sealer. I mentioned that the seal itself seems to be better as well, because I have left meats in my freezer for several months now, and the bags still have that nice definition to them. With my old sealer, many of my vacuum seal bags looked like they had a small leak in them, and failed to keep any kind of tight-looking seal over time, as though air had slowly leaked into them.When I use my vacuum seal bags, one trick I use is to create the seal at the bottom of the bag using the end that comes off of the roll (before I make any cut to the roll). I usually make a double seal, just to make sure that the seal is absolutely tight (see picture above).I hope to update this review after a year or so, in order to report on the durability of the unit. But so far it feels solid, and looks like it is going to hold up well over time. Nice to have a quality-made unit for a decent price–seems like something that is harder and harder to find these days.
Great vacuum sealer, especially at this print point. I bought this item to replace an older model FoodSaver that finally was not vacuuming all of the air out of bags. After looking at several items and reading the reviews on them, I decided on this brand/model, as the reviews were mostly good and the price was also nice. After using it a few times I am happy with my purchase. For starters, it does a great job of vacuuming all of the air out of bags and does it in a quick fashion. I also like the small footprint, as it does not take up too much space. In all I am very please with this item, especially considering the price (works as well if not better and the more expensive FoodSaver it replaced).
Easy to operate. I like this product and use it frequently. I am alone and have been tossing a lot of food prior to this purchase. Now I can save, freeze and eat leftovers rather than throw them away. The one thing I think is that the vacuum doesn’t vacuum the best. It seems like it should vacuum better. Now I admit I’m a new user and its probable that I just need to learn to operate this better. I do recommend this and believe it is one of the best sealers in the market.
no manual with machine. Where was a manual for how to use this machine. There was some videos but hard to understand. I’m 74 and like to follow directions step by step with pictures. I called Amazon and they showed where to print a manual of the machines ad page. I couldn’t even read the directions or print them as they were small and didn’t print page by page. I just tried working with what I had got from internet but took awhile before got some good results with sealing some green beans. I suggest to not rely on videos of people using it unless a step by step lesson. Almost afraid to try using it again. The water pan ?? how it was supposed to work and why. Will continue with trying as also purchased rolls of bags.
Works great. I never had or used a vacuum sealer before but decided that it was time to buy one because I do a lot of fishing. This sealer was super easy to use and exceeded my expectations! I waited almost a month you write this review because I wanted to see how well it kept my fish fresh. Just opened one of my sealed bag yesterday and to my surprise, the fish tasted as fresh as the day I caught them! Used to use freezer zip lock bags. These were no comparison to the vacuum sealer. Should’ve bought one a long time ago.
Works quickly and quietly. Bought this to replace an old Ziploc sealer. This model is a lot quicker and quieter. Seals every time on the first try.The only issue I have is with my undercabinet lighting. It makes the display buttons hard to see. If I turn off the undercabinet lighting, I can actually see them.
Its perfect for me. Its very helpful to store my leftover and extra food in small portions .It seals perfectly fine to freeze up . I find it very useful for me & very simple tool that worth my money!!!
