Incredible value, great little machine. When we left home for one of our rare extended vacations, I wanted a laptop for my wife that didn’t need a lot of bells and whistles but did have to be up to date, fast enough with enough RAM to run Office apps and browse comfortably, was dependable. and well priced.This was a great choice. It includes features I dared not hope to obtain at this price point, including a SSD drive and touchscreen, and she is very happy with it. Because she is not a big media user and saves her document work to the cloud, the small disk drive is not an issue. The built-in camera does quite nicely and the 15.6-inch screen is really as big as you should want for travel or even a laptop home use.The only not-so-great things to be aware of are (a) the screen leaves something to be desired; (b) battery life is not so great; and (c) you’ve got to yank Windows out of S-Mode unless you want only Microsoft-approved software, a “safety feature” no one asked for, of course.These are quibbles for most users looking for economical laptops. Highly recommended.

Love my new laptop. After several months of using my new laptop, I’m happy to say I very much like it and don’t regret this purchase at all. This is my second Lenovo laptop. I specifically searched Lenovo because I had been very satisfied with my first one. I love the newer screen. I can use it practically anywhere in the house and lighting isn’t an issue like it was with my other laptops. The price was fairly reasonable, it arrived on time and in perfect condition. It’s easy to use, a huge selling point for some of us that were born before touch phones were invented.

Battery life. It’s a good laptop but the battery life isn’t spectacular and all I’m doing is homework and studying

Nice enough. Decent laptop for the money. My 6yr old 15” pro book gave up and I needed something to just simply run several screens for working call center at my home office. The build is cheap and the charger sucks, but for what it cost I’m happy. The ssd is twice the size as my old laptop which is nice, but the processor (i3) is basically the same. I could care less about a touch screen but I guess if that’s something you want it’s a nice feature. My travel laptop 14” pro book is made like a tank while this thing feels extremely flimsy and cheap. Once again, the price is right but don’t expect professional grade quality.

Crashed after 3 months and support is online only. As with most of us, I rely on my computer and it’s crashed. I’m fairly computer savvy, but after all attempts now reliant on Lenovo support. All support us online with no feedback on how long they will get in touch with you.UPDATE: it was under warranty and returned to Lenovo. They repaired it quickly and it’s being shipped back. I updated the review from 1 star to 4 stars as a result.

Phenomenal Value. I love this laptop! It’s fast, lightweight, reliable, reasonable size, and a great price. Storage is a bit on the low side, but that’s easily overcome with a portable hard drive. Only downside is that it uses the older style round power cord instead of USB-C and so isn’t compatible with newer docking stations.

So far so good. Item ordered from seller ” Best Electronics, SN Recorded” ( I am pretty sure second part is not part of the name!!). It arrived fast, earlier than projected. It was nicely packaged and arrived in condition as promised. It has been working well out of the box so far. The seller was responsive to my questions prior to item arriving: they clarified that it is not backlit keyboard and the Windows is in S mode and the warranty is less than 1 year. I have successfully deactivated the S mode. The screen quality is not fantastic but good enough. The processor is fast enough for daily work. I dont think this would be best for gaming.I have only had it for a few days now I will write an update soon.

Worth every penny, and turn off S mode. wanted a low cost windows laptop and this was perfect. Comes with Windows 11, and initially set to Safe Mode (S Mode) which you can easily turn it off to download whatever apps needed, including Chrome, Cricut Design Space, and Examplify/ExamSoft. I’m not a gamer, but I’m a crafter and do a lot of work for non profits. I have an existing Microsoft 365 account so set up was really easy. I uninstalled McAfee. I set Chrome as my default browser. The trackpad looks like it’s set more to the left but it’s actually centered with the space bar, because the laptop comes with the 10-number key pad to the right (most others usually don’t). The power charger bar is really small. The touchscreen is a nice feature (but not really necessary). Start up is pretty fast. The 15 inch screen is nice.

Great laptop for my girlfriend, and quick delivery. Pros: My girlfriend seems to really love it! it runs all of her tabs smoothly, and its overall power is great for the price point, shes been able to play games like Minecraft semi-smooth on low settings, and with performance enhancement mod 60fps is very achievable. a lot of the more casual Steam games run with relatively high success too. if youre looking for a more in-depth review id recommend searching up the model and watching some Youtube videos. finishing up, the overall experience has been above expectations, havent heard any major complaints, and the shipping at least in our case was shockingly quick. (this being to the Philippines.)Cons: When first opening up the laptop it was in S mode, so turning that off was just a mild inconvenience. on top of being Windows 11, but thats more so nitpicking. On to the major complaint, for some reason due to the Microsoft store, it wouldnt allow us to open the game even after paying it in full. we then had to buy both the launcher and the game once more, in the Microsoft app store. to call it a pain is an understatement, but steam works just fine again once you take it out of S mode.Final Thoughts: Do your research beforehand, and make sure this is for you. For us, it runs just about everything we need and want. But id say if you can, its more than worth it, this gives you a whole lot more value than what you pay for.

Good and affordable price… but. The material could definitely be improved since it gives the impression of being of poor quality but the computer works perfectly. It is a fast computer and perfect for basic tasks (not for video editing or anything that requires a lot of memory).
