  1. Works instantly. This butt paste is literally the best. It clears the worst of the worst diaper rashes almost instantly. Easy to wipe off so it’s not stuck on their butts! Use this for naps and bedtime when diaper changes go longer to act as a barrier. Works wonders!!

  2. Go to for serious rash. This is what I use anytime my daughter has a serious rash. It cures it quicker than anything else. It’s pretty think so this is not my daily cream (Boogie Diaper Rash Cream Spray – LOVE the spray but light weight, for prevention only), and not what I use of I need soothing more than healing (TriDerma Stubborn Diaper Rash Fast Healing), but a staple in our house.

  3. Buy IT💯. This product is a life saver!! I have a 17 month old…we went on a road trip and his bottom became irritable. After one application the redness was gone. I definitely recommend any Mom with a baby or toddler to have this product in stock at home!!

  4. Life saver. I’ve tried every other butt paste product and seems like nothing would give my baby relief… until I came across this! Also it has no harmful chemicals! Absolutely must have.

Great. While this doesn’t fit into the crunchy category I try to stick with for stuff for my child she’s had a nasty issue with diaper rash since she stopped breastfeeding and this is the only cream thus far that does anything to it. Usually after the first time I put it on her I see improvement and by the next day at the latest she’s 100% better.

  6. HOLY GRAIL DIAPER RASH CREAM. My 1 week old newborn baby girl had the worst yeast diaper rash with open sores. We had tried every diaper rash cream (A&D, Destin, Triple Paste, etc.) My husband and I were losing our minds trying to figure out how to heal it!! We’ve been using a doctor prescribed antibiotic as well, but THIS CREAM was the only product that started healing her bad rash within a few days!!! Love that’s it’s unscented as well!! I swear by this stuff now!!

  7. Skin Barrier SOS. I’ve been using this paste to sooth compromised skin barrier and OMG, it works.I’ve had chemical (retinol) painful burns and this is one of the few things I could use that would not sting and damage the skin on my face even more, especially around my eyes.

  8. This is fantastic. Cleared the terrible diaper rash in about 3 days. This was THE WORST diaper rash I’ve ever seen – from illness and diarrhea. It took constant application, but it worked when nothing else would. With 4 little grandchildren, I will not be without this product- EVER!

  9. Works rapidly. Love this product for my baby! It works rapidly!

  10. Works great. cleared up the diaper rash better than anything else we’ve tried.

  11. Best Diaper Rash Cream. This is the best diaper rash cream we’ve ever used. It’s thicker and protects the skin so well. The 40% zinc oxide is the key, making it better than many other products for sensitive baby skin.

  12. MY GO TO DIAPER RASH CREAM. This is the only diaper rash cream I buy consistently for my 1 year old. Ever since she started day care she has always had a sensitive bottom & the only diaper rash cream that prevents her diaper rash from coming back is this! I always order 2 every time!

  13. Helpful for diaper rash. Every now and then, my granddaughter’s diaper area develops a rash and I reach for this tube of Aquaphor. The rash clears in a few days. This is a protective, thick cream that has a slight scent.

  14. essential. Hands down the best diaper paste I’ve tried! Its thick consistency creates a reliable barrier that truly protects my baby’s delicate skin, even during flare-ups. The clean ingredients give me peace of mind, knowing I’m using something safe and effective. I’ve found it works much better than the regular 3-in-1 creams, providing faster relief and longer-lasting protection. I apply it every night before bed, and it keeps diaper rash completely at bay.

  15. Fast Acting. I love aquaphor and forever will be using it on my babies. Cleared up his diaper rash within a couple days

Maximum Strength Relief That Works Fast. This diaper rash paste is a game-changer for severe flare-ups. The maximum strength 40% Zinc Oxide formula provides incredibly fast relief—I saw visible improvement by the very next diaper change. It creates a thick, long-lasting barrier that seals out wetness and helps heal irritated skin quickly. It’s gentle, hypoallergenic, and completely odor-free, which is a huge plus. It’s effective, easy to apply, and a permanent staple in our changing station. A must-buy for serious diaper rash!

  17. Absolutely love. I swear by this stuff! I use a little on baby everyday, 3 almost 4 months old and haven’t even been red the first time. A little goes a long way. A must have!

  18. Good for baby skin heal fast. This is the best of the best for baby rash, omg it works really fast healing the skin an preventing redness

  19. Cleared Up My Baby’s Diaper Sore Fast. This Aquaphor Baby Diaper Rash Paste worked amazingly well for my baby’s diaper sore. The texture is thick and protective, so it stays in place exactly where you put it, even overnight. I noticed a big improvement after the very first use, and within a day the redness had calmed down so much. It creates a solid barrier that really helps irritated skin heal without getting worse. It spreads smoothly, wipes off easily, and doesn’t have a strong scent, which I appreciate. I’ve tried other diaper rash creams before, but this one has been the most effective by far. If your little one is dealing with a stubborn diaper rash or soreness, this paste is absolutely worth it. I’ll be keeping it stocked in the diaper bag for sure!

  22. Smooth Like a Baby’s Bottom. This stuff is a total lifesaver. It works fast, creates a great barrier, and clears up diaper rash so much quicker than anything else I’ve tried. The paste is thick but easy to apply, and it stays put instead of rubbing off right away. I love that it’s gentle on sensitive skin and doesn’t have a strong smell. 24. The only rash cream I use. This diaper rash paste works incredibly well, especially for more severe rashes. It goes on thick and creates a strong barrier that actually protects the skin instead of rubbing right off. We noticed redness and irritation improving quickly, even overnight. It’s gentle, doesn’t seem to sting, and is great for sensitive skin. A little goes a long way, so the tube lasts longer than expected. This is now a staple in our diaper bag and medicine cabinet—highly recommend for any parent dealing with stubborn diaper rash.

  26. Works wonders. Wish I knew about this cream for my older two babies. Works wonderful, rash is gone by third time use. Not harsh on skin. Best rash cream I’ve came across

  27. Best butt cream ever. The best diaper cream for diaper rash! Clears rash quickly, and a little goes a long way. Have tried several others and this one is definitely my go to. All the baby Aquaphor products I’ve used are great too!

  28. Huge Relief for Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). I’m shocked at how fast and well this has worked for my hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). I have been dealing with a really stubborn lesion on my left inner thigh for more than two years. I’ve seen a walk-in clinic resident physician, seen my general practice doctor, and seen a surgeon who all diagnosed it has HS. The walk-in clinic said they “could” take care of it but I wasn’t a regular patient and they said to see my doctor. My family doctor wants me to lose weight but refereed me to a dermatologist. I had to cancel with the dermatologist for reasons I don’t remember. I saw also saw a surgeon who was ready to put me on the table, gas me up, and cut it off.I’ve just kind of been dealing with it. I’ve read a ton of stuff online and tried a lot of different products. Couple of notable items were the hydrocolloid bandages use with transparent film dressing. These have done great keeping the friction from really affecting it. If I leave it on for a few days it usually had drained some and smelled like dead fish. Gross but I really like the hydrocolloid bandages with the film dressing over it.I also read a lot about glycolic acid (7%) and that seems to have helped it. It hasn’t been a huge improvement but I think it’s done some good. I try to be really careful with it as I don’t want to overuse and burn my skin. I try to spray and rub every couple days.Got some new soft boxer brief shorts from New Balance. I had some that were very polyester and slick. I thought I was buying the same thing but I got a bags of the same sort of shorts but they are way software and more comfortable. Those seem to have helped a lot!But the real game changer has been the 40% zinc oxide cream. I initially purchased Desitin but gave it to my mom after the first use. I couldn’t handle the fish smell and it literally has fish oil in and I don’t do animal ingredients (food no way, medicine I try to avoid). I also looked into Boudreaux’s Butt Paste but read that it had a pretty strong odor too (not fishy thankfully) so I decided to pass on it.I read that Aquaphor’s Baby Diaper Rash Paste was 40% zinc oxide and had virtually no smell. That’s true for me and the stuff has been incredible. I try to apply it twice a day and have even stopped using the bandages and dressing. Within a week my HS lesion has shrunk to the smallest it’s been in as long as I can remember it being there. It’s not gone but it sure feels like it’s on the way out. I am getting a little bit of clear drainage out of it which I take as a good thing. It does not seem to replenish itself. I’m not squeezing or anything, just rub some paste on and go about my day. Sometimes I feel it’s draining and I clean it up.I was really surprised no one in the reviews mentioned hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). It has been a miracle and I wish I would have looked for other 40% trying Desitin. I didn’t realize there were more creams out there that didn’t smell. That was almost a year ago! Wish I would have found you sooner Aquaphor Baby!

  29. Works Well. I have a problem with yeast rashes on my skin and some time pressure sores too (I’m disabled). My doctor’s office suggested I try using Butt Paste but it was too watery, so I tried this Aquaphore 40%Zibc Oxide paste and it works great! It’s thick and covers the skin well to protect it and it isn’t irritating at all. I’ve used other Aquaphore products and have always been happy with them, so I’m sticking with this. In fact I just ordered 4 more tubes! Only problem with any zinc oxide paste is that it does get on everything so wear something to protect your clothes you use it. I also put towels down on my recliner when I’m using it and that works well.

It works. I’ve tried various brands of diaper rash paste and creams, but this one has been the best by far! We’ve been dealing with teething rash off and on for months now, and this diaper rash paste works within hours. By morning, the rash is reduced by more than half, and by day two, it’s either completely healed or 90% healed. I use a thick amount when a rash is present and apply it on a gauze pad to keep it close to the skin, but it’s incredibly effective and works great!
