Made me feel a little “weird” but memory definitely improved. 4 stars for lions mane 5 stars for the company. Took this every night before bed. After a few weeks I noticed more vivid dreams that I remember (personally I hate remembering dreams, but some may enjoy this), it also made me feel slightly “different” (its hard to describe, it wasn’t positive or negative, just “different”).On a positive note, my recall definitely improved, as I noticed I was able to find the words I wanted to say before I said them, so I felt my verbal fluency increased a little bit (could be placebo, but as someone who’s taken literally over 400 different supplements and nootropics over the years, it didn’t feel like placebo).Anyways, I think this would work even better for someone with memory loss or dementia, especially combined with Bacopa and Phosphatidylserine
I buy this all the time. Secret Sauce. Aerospace Engineer and research scientist here…The psychotropic effects of Lions Mane are well documented but the subjective effects aren’t as clear. I needed something to help me focus and increase mental acuity for new projects without resorting to traditional pharmaceuticals.After a week I noticed quite a difference in memory retention and focus comparable to pharmaceuticals without the harsh effects. There’s definitely something going on here.
They work. This things work!! I started taking them and it about 3-4 days and i definitely started noticing a difference with my memory recall. I smoke alot of weed so one of my biggest downside was I would forget everything, like where I put the remote or where I sat my lighter and when I tell you, you are able to remember those things again lol. So I wasn’t able to buy a bottle for a week or 2 and the difference in my memory and focus were night and day. I started loosing things again and forgetting what I was about to say again 🙃 so I got me another bottle and my brain is sharper then demi lovatos needles.
