Works well. I’ve tried many forms of Vitamin C-1000 supplements. Having a Vitamin C deficiency, what matters is getting your blood tested about two to three weeks after being on a supplement. NOW, it made all the difference and is the only one I will take. It’s easy to swallow, and I can buy large quantities on Amazon.
