Windows 10 upgrade will destroy the pc. Used for normal activities. Had to upgrade windows 10 and the device stopped working. Cant use touchscreen or anything. Will be returning the POS

I bought a pen for it and the responsiveness is intact. Got a keyboard as well and it works just fine with this tablet.This is a great price for this tablet, Microsoft is completely out of stock! A replacement for 2015 dell inspiron. I ordered one of these because I wanted a device that could replace my 2015 dell inspiron for Microsoft Office related activities. I know there is a better version of this (the Surfave Pro 7+) but that usually costs more, and even though there are cheaper laptops, I wanted something more “portable”. This device arrived sealed in its original packaging and in new condition, its battery life is more than enough for my needs, but I have occasionally noticed some noise coming from the tablet which I presume is from the CPU when in “heavy load” (ram almost maxed).
Good tablet. This is my second surface. This one’s not the latest model but it works for me. I need both size USB ports. I don’t do gaming or heavy graphics. They’re reliable and consistent in quality. Good value for the money.

Don’t buy this is not shipped by Amazon . This is not shipped by Amazon and it is an Amazon Fullfillment product. It shows it is a US company but it is an International company. I returned the computer because it would the software that I have will only work on Apple products. I have proof of delivery for the return and it was received on 5/15/23 and my account has not been refunded. The computer was fine but don’t deal with this company.
Faulty Digitizer Screen. When received item it said new but it was in a renewed box. Upon finalizing installation the top left quadrant of the tablet was not detecting my digitizer pens. Both Microsoft and VGP-STD2 Sony pen I used didn’t work.
Savings. I had a major computer project but this computer could not handle the major part of the program
Definitely recommend. If you want something cheap but not too expensive and that can also be used as an iPad, I definitely recommend. I’ve gotten many compliments on it because it’s not like other computers. 2 years later and it still works fine.

Surface pro refurbished. I was surprised by the quality of a refurbished surface pro, easy to set up and use even for someone not computer savvy. Only draw back is u need to purchase case and blue tooth key board separately. They should have a package deal.

Touch screen is junk. I bought this product to be an extension of my office desktop in the field. First few days I fought with the touch screen which was creating incorrect logins which meant I could not get logged on to the device. I ended up having to do a reset on the device, went through all of the set up again, and now, a couple weeks later, the touch screen is doing the exact same thing as before and I can’t get logged into the device. Also, in this day and age, there is no such thing as customer service, it’s like being on the craps table in Vegas when you make a purchase because no matter how much that recording says they care about you and your issues, they really don’t GAF.

Was Awful for 2 Years. This thing barely lasted two years, and during those two years it ran terribly. I wish I got a refund when I had the chance. I bought this laptop due to my positive experiences with the Surface Pro 5. Unfortunately, the screen shattered and it was easier to just get a new laptop. I wish I decided to get a ThinkPad rather than this garbage laptop.
