7th Pair of Brooks in a row. I walk 4-5 miles on paved sidewalk 7 days a week for health, weight lift 3-4 nights a week. Generally extremely active. I have been using Brooks Neutral running shoes, this is my first pair of supportive.I’m in Florida and it’s hot and always humid, these shoes breathe very well, it’s my third pair of Launch GTS9!The sole is rigid but flexible to the ball, where the neutral is very flexible. More arch support as well. The insoles are also a little thicker on these as well. All things I really like.I have a plantar fascia in one foot, been years of no issue. These shoes add more support that I didn’t really realize I could use. (Actually felt surgically better)Generally they feel very supportive and I have a more firm and confident step. Also, I wear a 13 in all well made shoes and Brooks are spot on as far as sizing. It sounds silt to say, but the Brooks GTS9 SUPPORTIVE might be the best pair of shoes I’ve owned to date so far in my life.
Excellent! Always remain a Brooks fan. I own 3 different pairs of Brooks. I have the Levitate, the Adrenaline, and now the GTS. Each of these require a break-in period of about three days. I believe that it is not the shoe that needs breaking-in but the feet. I think that the support is contoured in a way that my feet are adjusting to the supportive quality. Once the break-in is done, though, it is an unbelievable fit and feel. These GTS shoes are really nice and different than the other pairs. For one, I like how the laces can be fitted through the loop on the tongue. Very nice to just slip these on and the tongue stays in place. They are not as springy as the Levitate but still has great running take-off. Like I said, each shoe is different in a slight way, depending upon what you are wanting to do. The GTS probably are great for trails and general speed. The Adrenaline are very superior for road running (you hardly feel the road under your feet). The levitate are so springy that I might just use them to walk long distance or road running short distances.

well manufactured. The problem I had was the hard sole – I am a beginner runner and I wear revel 5 and change to this and got sever back ache after 2 5 miles runs – so I had to give up on it. The shoe a great shoe, but not for all people if you new runner this shoe is not for you
I love my Brooks. From the first time i ever have worn Brooks, i was in love with them, and this pair os no exception. i needed soemthing for running, most of my running is done on treadmill and these are very comfortable for running in, no foot or ankle pain at all and support for my feet is great. i would recommend!
Very trendy. These are pretty trendy shoes. They look very nice! Mine were a little too narrow, and that is to be expected because online shopping for shoes is always going to be hard. Overall though I think they would make a great shoes for someone with a different shaped foot than mine. Very lightweight and seemed pretty comfortable (if the fit was better for my feet)
Comfortable but narrow. These shoes are incredibly comfortable. My only issue was that they were narrow and though I ordered my usual size, they seemed smaller. Also, the sole has no grip what so ever.
The name lives up to the hype. I’d been eyeing some higher quality running shoes over the years but as a barefoot treadmill runner, I usually don’t have the need. After getting into a race sponsored by my employer, there was no backing out and I had to get some decent shoes.Being a person who tends to over research, of course I had heard of Brooks shoe. You can’t go to any review site with seeing them rated and recommended… so with 60 days left to train, I gave in. Boy am I glad I did! While I got these at a good price, they’re still not cheap. But you can see the quality and durability in everything about these running shoes.Truly, they thought about it all… well, almost. I took out their laces and replaced them with Lock Laces. Must say, these are the finest running shoes I’ve ever owned. I’ll still run barefoot on the treadmill, because of the strength gained in other areas of the foot that shoes prevent from developing. But I’ll never run on concrete, trails or anywhere else outdoors without Brooks shoes. They provide excellent comfort, proper arch support, have no interior seams, loose threads or areas that cause pain of any kind. I’ve probably got over 50 miles on them already and it’s still hard to tell they’re not brand new. Fantastic running shoes that totally live up to the hype.
A great iteration on a great daily runner. I’ve run close to 4000 miles in various models of the Brooks Launch GTS (formerly the Ravenna series). I’ve put 120 miles on my first pair of the 9s so far, and fully expect them to carry me comfortably for 600 miles. Part of the reason for that is that the Launch GTS is not a soft or cushy running shoe. They’re responsive and supportive, but much more firm than Adrenaline GTS, for example. It’s a particular shoe for sure (I haven’t encountered any other stability shoes with such a firm sole), but it’s by far my favorite for road running at any distance, from a 5k to a marathon, and the 9 has resolved the minor annoyances I had with the 8 and the Ravenna 11.Update: I’ve gone through two pairs of Launch GTS 9s, now. I retired the first pair at560 miles, and the second at 500. Not quite as sturdy as initially assumed, but still very solid.
great shoe. This is a great shoe!! I am not a runner, but do well in these. They are comfortable and supportive and after having them for a while now, they are still holding up to their daily use. I do more walking than running, but the supportive nature of the shoe helps keep my foot comfortable. The color is good and holding up well. They other great thing about them is even after all this time they tread is still in good shape. I went ahead and bought a 2nd pair of Brooks because these have been so useful!
