Can we talk about poop. I bought this because of Dave Asprey’s “Fast This Way” (which is great) and I have always found Bulletproof products to be exceptional in quality.This stuff is specifically developed to help your digestive system. It does seem to help a little with hunger pangs during a fast. But how it helps my digestive system? I’m not so sure.It definitely has some effect on the way things work down there.I think that it should come bundled with a Costco-sized package of toilet paper.Why? Let’s just say it’s like peanut butter in a shag carpet.Maybe this is just a phase that is going to “pass”. But I wasn’t aware of a problem before taking it. I’ve always taken a quality probiotic and I eat more fruit/veggies and fiber than an average person. My poops were pretty normal – according to bulletproof.’s gut-health/poop-chart-gut-health/. But this stuff makes things a mess.To be clear, there’s no cramping or other symptoms. Just the peanut butter thing.
good source of fiber. High quality. Really easy to take in a smoothie, no odd taste, or added chemicals. Helps my gut and great regularity. It can give you some gas if you take too much at first. Would suggest taking 1/2 serving at first, then increase after a few days. The product seals are always perfectly in tact so I know it’s not a fake or adulterated product. I get best prices on Amazon. Will buy again.
works but makes me gassy. Been using this for a month now.I worked my way up to a single scoop. I put it in my coffee.I will tell you how I make my coffee so you can know how I get this product to dissolve.I make a pour-over and I have a teaspoon of butter and a tablespoon of MCT oil in the cup before I start.I put the filter basket over the cup with the filter and the coffee grounds.I pour the hot water in and once the brewing is done I put in 2 scoops of collagen powder and mix it with a battery powered frother.Then I add the scoop of this prebiotic product and mix it again with the frother.If I add the prebiotic and collagen together, or if I put the prebiotic in first: I get a small amount of clumps that don’t dissolve enough for me to consume them. It’s a very small amount, maybe 1/4 teaspoon, but at this price per oz I don’t want to waste any.I don’t add any other items – no milk or creamer or sweetener. I don’t find there is any taste to this product so if you’re concerned about flavor – there’s nothing to worry about.Does it help? The jury is out. Things were moving along fine in my system but I added this product because I can be gullible when it comes to supplements and overall IDK if it’s doing much for me. I have gas for hours when using this product. It isn’t painful or stinky, but it is noisy and I have to keep getting up to excuse myself to toot my horn.I subscribed to this product. I’m just about to finish the first jar and start the second. I’m not sure I’ll reorder it. For the price and side effects I’m not sure it is worth it.
Fully dissolved. This is as advertised. It dissolves in my coffee in the morning. Doesn’t distort the taste at all. And compared to pills and chewables, this is a far more reasonable cost. I don’t know how one measures the effectiveness since there’s really no way to prove bacteria in your gut. But I’m not noticing any unpleasant side effects such as bloating, gassiness etc.

Neutral flavor. I enjoyed drinking this with my tea, although I didn’t feel anything different.Flavor: doesn’t change the flavor of your drink it makes it creamy.Might be just me that didn’t feel anything, but I wouldn’t buy it again.Go ahead and try it yourself, it might work for you.🤷🏻♀️
Love all things Bulletproof. I’ve been using bulletproof for a long time now. They make great high quality products. Although Dave Asprey sold the company he still endorses them, so I trust them.
Quality prebiotic. Used it and feel it to have worked on some level, as digestion improved some. It tastes neutral, easily mixes with any drink and is well tolerated. Bulletproof is a great brand, however a bit pricey. Great health is not cheap and could be the investment you are seeking after.

Tasteless and fresh. It mixes well and the unflavored is perfect. You can mix it with anything you like. I’m not getting sick since I been using this product almost 2 months now:)
Good product. Good source of fiber. Dissolves fully no residue and no taste. I have it with my coffee.
Short Changed. I have been taking this supplement for a while and I noticed that the container before the last one did not seem to last me for 20 days. I tracked this last container and discovered that it contained only 16.5 serving instead of the 20 serving it was supposed to have. I hope that the next container will have the 20 servings. I am tracking it now. Other than that, the powder mixes well with my coffee and since it was rated high by Consumer Labs I have some measure of trust in the product. I would be happier if it contained 30 servings like most supplements.
Happy gut, happy life. I believe this product is helping to improve my digestion. I put it in my morning coffee drink and blend it with a stick blender.

Fiber cancels out the carbs. I add this to my morning hot tea. It gives me a nice boost in the morning to curb my appetite. Easy to use with no added taste. Good fiber

Good results but not the easiest dissolving. This supplement works good but needs stirred well or it clumps up like gel in liquids & you cant let it sit very long before it starts clumping.
