Required text for course. I needed this book for one of my classes in grad school. This book is chock-full of evidence regarding nutrition and disease. I’d highly recommend 👌.

Some poor graphics. Disappointed in some of the graphics and charts that are not legible.

      4. Very detailed and thorough. Very detailed book. Geared towards dietitians but still useful for nutritionists. I don’t like that they make up acronyms for every little term, but I suppose the book would be twice as long if they didn’t.

Arived damaged but need for class. Cant wait for another book but really disappointed to pay 130$ for a damaged book.
