Great figurine, but color seems even darker than shown. Love the cat wearing glasses and reading a book! Great idea. In fact I bought one from this company last year as a gift for a friend who loved it. The reason I gave it only four starts rather than five is only because this figurine was very, very much darker than the one I purchased last year. It was shown darker on the site, but I thought it was just the way colors are not always true at times on a computer so I went ahead and purchased it. Also I did not mind if it was a different color than the last one I purchased. However when I received the cat I found it to be so very dark all over that you cannot really make out the features. For this reason I could not use it as a gift as I was going to, which is the reason for the four stars instead of five.
A gift. I only gave a low mark on the value for the money because the price hikes all the way around doesn’t match cost of living so, yes a bit expensive but cute.

Love, love, love. This is such a cute figurine! I know the cat lover in my family will be as smitten as I am. It is the perfect size to sit anywhere. Just love it. It came well wrapped and when expected.
purrfect gift for book- loving cat- lovers. I received the 2 cats that I ordered for Christmas gifts today. The ones that I received are more black than bronze or brown. They are very winsome and they make you smile. One I am giving to my adult daughter who loves to read and loves our 2 cats. The other I am going to give to my good friend who is a librarian and who just welcomed stray cat #5 into her family (I believe she needs one more cat especially one that can read)! I think this cat is something of an award! These little figures are heavy and they have felt circles on the base so they won’t scratch your furniture with their claws. These are excellent gifts of good quality that will be well received. A good way to say, “Meowy Christmas”.
Adorable. I love cats and reading. I think this is very cute and lo e it so much that I bought a second to gift to my Goddaughter.It is big enough to show off on a bookshelf or desk but doesn’t take up a lot of space.It is durable and should last for many years.
So adorable. This is a perfect piece for my desk. My cat Prim will stare at herself in the reflections of glass frames and this reminds me of her. It’s very pretty. It arrived well packaged and intact. I thought it was iron but it isn’t (I think that’s my mistake not false advertising). I wanted to get more but I resisted…I’m not yet sure I’m ready to settle into “cat lady” title 😂. It’s tasteful and highly recommend for an antique touch of feline loveliness.
