Husqvarna needs to make the key out of steel rather. Husqvarna needs to make the key out of steel rather than cast as an aluminum part of the flywheel.

A good high quality OEM product. After rebuilding the carburetor, replacing fuel lines, trying two new coils, I finally broke down and purchased this flywheel and now my Husqvarna 440E is back in operation. I had a good spark and the saw would idle just fine, but no matter how much I messed with carb settings I couldn’t get it to rev up and run. The old flywheel has good magnetism and the key was not sheared at all. I decided to go out on a limb and just buy a new flywheel. The saw started right up on the first pull and I was able to adjust the carb and put it to work. I have learned something new here, flywheels and their magnetos can definitely go bad or change polarity. I am glad I purchased this product.

What can I say about a flywheel. It’s a nice flywheel.
